Being the part of you with the slowest vibration, your physical body may need help letting go of old-world stresses so it can rise into the new world more easily and comfortably. Fortunately, it is very responsive to your emotions and mind.\u00a0 Unfortunately, those are often causing the problems!\u00a0 So, getting emotions and mind into new world focus is the place to begin.<\/p>\n

Mind and emotion respond where focused.\u00a0 If you are focused on the frustrations and uncertainties of the old world, you may feel that is all there is.\u00a0 However \u2013 no fears! – that is just illusion.\u00a0 When you work to center and open your heart and mind to unconditional love, which is your true self, you receive a whole different set of experiences!<\/p>\n

Each part of your body is like its own little person.\u00a0 They each hold emotions and beliefs and are sensitive to the stresses of your life.\u00a0 Often stresses which you stuff because you know it won\u2019t help to react outwardly get built up in places in your body.\u00a0 Stomach, shoulders, neck, back, and head are common stress points.\u00a0 The exercise I am going to teach today will help you to release the built-up stress.\u00a0 Then, because our bodies are now beginning to actively ascend, your unconditional love will help them to do that.<\/p>\n

Skills Needed:<\/p>\n

Inner Wisdom and Angel Self are two higher facets of you which my regular folks know since I have taught about them for years. \u00a0They help you raise your vibration and focus your healing and ascension work.\u00a0 So, let’s begin there.<\/p>\n

Your Inner Wisdom is you in this incarnation.\u00a0 It is a seed of your eternal wholeness, or what we call your Higher Self — a facet of the Oneness which is unique.<\/p>\n

Your Angel Self is you in angel form. \u00a0This earliest incarnation of your soul is now present for you to integrate into your human experience bringing innocence and reminding you of your unity with the One.<\/p>\n

How to Teach Your Body to Ascend:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 – Center on your Inner Wisdom, most easily found deep within your open heart.\u00a0 Once there, you will feel stronger and able to work through what is needed.<\/p>\n

2 \u2013 Invite your Angel Self to be present within body and aura.<\/p>\n

3 \u2013 Choose an uncomfortable body part to work with.\u00a0 It could be just stress there, or health issues; either way this will help.<\/p>\n

4 \u2013 Bring your focus of open heart\/Inner Wisdom right into the part of the body you have chosen.\u00a0 Be present there as though you were looking into its soul.<\/p>\n

5 – Let unconditional love flow through you from your Inner Wisdom\/Higher Self.\u00a0 Let it be like a big, gentle hug surrounding that part of your body.<\/p>\n

6 \u2013 Hold that part of you in this hug of unconditional love until it relaxes and begins to surrender stress.<\/p>\n

7- Speak to it from your heart with reassuring words.\u00a0 Something like:\u00a0 I am here, I love you unconditionally, we will work this out, it\u2019s going to be okay.<\/p>\n

8 \u2013 Invite your Angel Self to be present.\u00a0 Acknowledge and welcome the angel of the part of your body too.\u00a0 This angel holds the blueprint of health and wholeness for that body part.<\/p>\n

9 \u2013 Ask the angels to use their stress-relieving vents to clear toxic states of body, emotion, mind, and spirit from this part of you. (An Angel for everything mentioned above teaches about this).\u00a0 These vents clear and transmute all of that which is ready to release into unconditional love.<\/p>\n

10 \u2013 This will raise the vibration of the body part, helping it to ascend.<\/p>\n
