{"id":4208,"date":"2024-08-29T12:48:29","date_gmt":"2024-08-29T16:48:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=4208"},"modified":"2024-08-29T13:40:07","modified_gmt":"2024-08-29T17:40:07","slug":"signs-you-are-ascending","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=4208","title":{"rendered":"Signs You Are Ascending"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There are infinite ways that I have been witnessing the ascension process in myself and in others.\u00a0 Here are some of the things I find to be common with people.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone is unique in their process, so if you don\u2019t find yourself in at least some of these signs, know that you are still ascending because everyone is to some degree.\u00a0 And if you are reading this post, you probably are ascending more quickly than many people are.\u00a0 But it is not a contest.\u00a0 The value of this post is to encourage you to notice changes and feel supported on your ascension journey because of them.\u00a0 And where changes are awkward or uncomfortable, to trust the process more!<\/p>\n<p>Signs you are ascending:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>inexplicable optimism<\/li>\n<li>Increased telepathy<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of the soul and intelligence of all life forms and a sense of connection and love for them<\/li>\n<li>Occasional bursts of intense anger and frustration out of the blue \u2013 this is simply a response to change and the stressors it causes.\u00a0 It can take a while for what is new to integrate comfortably.<\/li>\n<li>Feeling intensely tired some periods \u2013 during times of transformation &#8212; followed by periods of increased lightness, ease and joy<\/li>\n<li>Pain in your body or joints that lasts for a time and then clears.\u00a0 Sometimes it moves around.<\/li>\n<li>A feeling of restlessness or anxiety for no obvious reason \u2013 don\u2019t look for a reason, just give yourself some time to let it work through.\u00a0 Use your self-healing tools, but if they don\u2019t resolve it, just wait a bit.\u00a0 Usually these symptoms will pass within a matter of hours<\/li>\n<li>A love for being alone, to find your own rhythm of life and learn to know yourself<\/li>\n<li>Memories coming up to clear things from long ago<\/li>\n<li>Sometimes needing almost no sleep, sometimes needing 10-12 hours<\/li>\n<li>An increased inner strength<\/li>\n<li>Physical health issues peak and then resolve or become less threatening<\/li>\n<li>Old emotional and mental traumas and blocks lose their power over you. You begin to let things go more easily<\/li>\n<li>Situations that used to be overwhelming become manageable<\/li>\n<li>You don\u2019t care what others think or believe about you or for you. You are okay with yourself and increasingly okay with others<\/li>\n<li>You aren\u2019t afraid to take risks when you feel strongly guided to do so<\/li>\n<li>You have an inner compass that points you in the best direction for yourself<\/li>\n<li>You trust your finances even when they aren\u2019t as stable as you want<\/li>\n<li>You have an inner knowing that things will work out even when they look hopeless<\/li>\n<li>What you need comes to you<\/li>\n<li>You find it easier to let go of anything that doesn\u2019t serve your highest good<\/li>\n<li>You are more patient with certain situations that you might otherwise resist because you know somehow you need to be there.\u00a0 Until you don&#8217;t and then you can quickly let go and move on.<\/li>\n<li>You love unconditionally while remaining increasingly true to yourself<\/li>\n<li>You become the center of your life, letting others be the center of their own life<\/li>\n<li>You stop trying to control others and focus on being true to yourself despite them<\/li>\n<li>You own responsibility for your life and choices, even the things you want to blame on someone else.
