Here\u2019s another layer of practice to ascend your ego.\u00a0 It\u2019s so simple you probably forget to do it, though when you do, it makes a world of difference!<\/p>\n
Ask for support from your Inner Wisdom, Higher Self, essence of truth of God, Angel Self\u2026 whichever part of the continuum of your true self that you feel comfortable asking.\u00a0 It\u2019s that simple.<\/p>\n
Whenever you are entering into an activity, task or goal, or your day ahead, remember that you are part of a continuum of higher intelligence, strength, and unconditional love.\u00a0 Whether you are lifting something a bit too heavy for you or facing a long hold on the phone trying to get technical support or resolve an issue.\u00a0 Or maybe you are dealing with people with whom you tend to have conflict or contention.\u00a0 Maybe it\u2019s something as simple as a drive to the store, with all the unknowns of traffic, parking, people coughing on you in line or extra slow cashiers.\u00a0 Maybe it\u2019s something that makes you irritable, impatient, or self-judging.\u00a0 Maybe it\u2019s your neighbors\u2019 political banners.\u00a0 You are not alone, ever!\u00a0 But if you feel you are, believe you are, you probably won\u2019t benefit from all the love and support that wants to be there for you.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s true that the efficiency of support is strongly impacted by an open heart, being grounded, centered, and aligned with Inner Wisdom in the many ways I have been teaching through this site for years.\u00a0 So, you may want to take advantage of those tools and build a start-the-day setup which is what I call doing a morning tune-up and spiritual work.\u00a0 See Resources<\/strong> below this post and explore prior posts to find the tools that will work best for you if you want.\u00a0 But the most important thing is simply remembering that you are an eternal spirit living in your human incarnation and part of something larger and very loving.\u00a0 You have a right to ask, and it is part of your job as a human to partner human and divine within the moments and circumstances of your days and nights.<\/p>\n The human body and consciousness need help remembering the unity which is innate to your Inner Wisdom and Higher Self.\u00a0 So, some reminders and discipline help a lot!\u00a0 I love sticky notes on the bathroom mirror!\u00a0 They don\u2019t stick well, so I write just on the sticky bar, tear it off and use that, which stays better.\u00a0 Better yet, spend time the day ahead and meditate on what is coming up tomorrow.\u00a0 Invite support for your day from your Inner Wisdom and the higher levels of consciousness and unity which are part of you, for what will happen tomorrow.\u00a0 Include support for what you don\u2019t know as well as what you know is coming up.<\/p>\n People often ask me how I do what I do, and it is as simple as asking.\u00a0 That is really it!\u00a0 Well, there is centering and grounding.\u00a0 But I have been blessed to be very clear that essence of truth of God is always here with me, as close as my heart is.\u00a0 So, asking for help has always been second nature to me.<\/p>\n I\u2019d like to make a distinction between asking and prayer.\u00a0 In essence they may be the same thing.\u00a0 But many who pray hold the belief that God is something separate and that humans are sinners.\u00a0 I don\u2019t believe that these things are true.\u00a0 And I could talk all day about that!\u00a0 But to keep it simple\u2026Asking is based on the awareness that I am a part of the One.\u00a0 That my Inner Wisdom is my eternal divine facet of that One which lives within my heart and body.\u00a0 I don\u2019t need to be perfect or worthy to ask for help.\u00a0 I already am perfect and worthy.\u00a0 We are all designed as we are, including faults and limitations for a purpose \u2013 again I could talk all day about that and have!\u00a0 Read my book Riding the Wave of Change<\/strong> for more about it.\u00a0 So, whether I call this asking or prayer is unimportant.\u00a0 It is my belief about who I am which makes asking work.\u00a0 And through asking, support comes in miraculous ways.\u00a0 Through that I have learned that I am a beloved part of that Oneness which I call essence of truth of God.\u00a0 I believe that you will too, if you haven\u2019t already.<\/p>\n One thing to note is that if what you ask is not in line with the highest good at the time of asking, support won\u2019t come in the way you have asked, or will be delayed.\u00a0 There is a higher intelligence at work in our lives and world, and it\u2019s hard to understand why things have to work out as they do.\u00a0 But when you maintain unity through asking for support, it allows things to work out more smoothly and easily for you regardless.\u00a0 In effect when you ask for support, you are bringing essence of truth of God with you wherever you go.\u00a0 Then whatever happens, you have support on hand to get through it as easily as possible.<\/p>\n The cutting edge of ascension at present is ascending the human ego.\u00a0 Remembering to ask is a fantastic way to facilitate that.\u00a0 Growing and maintaining a state of unity between human and divine is the essence of ascension.\u00a0 Everything else follows that.\u00a0 And it is such a gift to know that we are never alone here.\u00a0 Help is always as close as your request.<\/p>\n Blessings and love for your adventures of life,<\/p>\n Eve<\/p>\n Resources for the Journey of Ascension:<\/strong><\/p>\n !Enrolling Now!
