Blessed Solstice to you, my friends!\u00a0 With the sun at its peak, the light of spirit is strong within our world, providing a wonderful time of insights. \u00a0Take this opportunity to ground deeply, allowing the increase of spirit to anchor into your world.\u00a0 Summer activities can really help with that, bringing joy, strength, and unity to our lives.\u00a0 This relaxes us and opens us to greater clarity and perspective on our lives and world when we join all that energy with our Inner Wisdom and Higher Selves.<\/p>\n
My core team of World Healing and Ascension Workers met recently and made use of this great energy of Solstice to address thyroid issues which have been almost epidemic among woman in recent decades.\u00a0 This post will offer you tools for healing and balancing your thyroid as well as talking about the underlying issues that cause it.<\/p>\n
Located in the throat chakra area, thyroid has to do with the power of speaking, of expressing our authority, of listening, of assimilating what is received, of having energy for life.<\/p>\n
Our work extended across the history of people on Earth.\u00a0 We found that power and authority turned inward was a strong theme causing dysfunction of thyroid.\u00a0 We worked for woman, people of color, and other minorities regarding that.<\/p>\n
Where people have been oppressed, the toxic energies projected at them and the restrictive limitations imposed engenders hopelessness, despair, hatred, jealousy, anger, judgment of self and others, blame.\u00a0 These reactions and self-oppression caused by those experiences, but repressed, get carried across lifetimes and generations through hereditary lineages too.\u00a0 They may be internalized through the throat chakra and the thyroid and parathyroid glands located in the throat.<\/p>\n
Even where people have the freedom to express themselves and make choices, they still have judgments about their own emotional and mental reactions.\u00a0 They don\u2019t want to project them onto others.\u00a0 To become angry and bitter people. \u00a0Society encourages us to be nice\u2026 So, they continue to suppress.\u00a0 They may not know why they have those feelings that strongly because so much is habit since childhood, social programming, past lives, and heredity.\u00a0 The energy often continues to be turned inward, against the self throughout the lifetime, and eventually becomes physical disease.<\/p>\n
Repressed people also tend to project their strong negative feelings against themselves or other repressed people, rather than being focused where it can bring productive change. But even when projected at the source of injustice, it still resonates destructively within the self.\u00a0 Intense and repressed emotion tends to bring destruction whether turned inward or projected outward. \u00a0Deep healing and ascension to a higher focus of self that is truly empowered in wholeness and unconditional love are the ultimate solutions to these issues.\u00a0 Meanwhile I have some suggestions for working with these things further on.<\/p>\n
**Update: I am adding this to the original post, because I realized it this morning.\u00a0 Another element affecting thyroid function is this — Longing for what we can’t have or for things that are bad for us as in addictions and relationships.<\/p>\n
Low thyroid seems to have to do with feelings of hopelessness and despair, which also involves anger, fear and judgmental issues.\u00a0 For many these may seem like extreme reactions to lives that really aren\u2019t so bad.\u00a0 But a lot of this comes from past life, hereditary, soul groups or deep reactions to the old world.\u00a0 The chaotic and irrational state of our world as the old world passes away continues to engender those feelings as well.\u00a0 Our continued environmental, political, social, and economic issues encourage a level of collective hopelessness and fear within many people.<\/p>\n
When a person\u2019s power is turned inward, stuffing strong negative feelings, the thyroid gland and parathyroids may lose energy and seem to shut down.\u00a0 This can cause them to become Hypo-Thyroid or low.<\/p>\n
Alternately, the thyroid may hold a person\u2019s own repressed words and ideas of aggression, or those that have been received from other people. \u00a0Where there is a feeling of being at war with ourselves and our own reactions and with other people\u2019s unkind or unfair behaviors, \u00a0then the immune system may begin seeing the thyroid as an aggressive threat and create anti-bodies to fight it.\u00a0 That is Hyper-Thyroid or Hashimoto\u2019s.<\/p>\n
Some people swing between Hypo and Hyper Thyroid.\u00a0 They really stem from the same issues, just different reactions to them.<\/p>\n
Our group worked with the underlying issues of oppression of woman and minorities.\u00a0 We also worked with helping egos to ascend to remember we are each part of essence of truth of God and have chosen circumstances for a reason.\u00a0 That now we are ascending into unity and wholeness, and from those higher vibrations and perspectives these things can be resolved, where in the past they couldn\u2019t.\u00a0 We helped smooth ascension out of these negative experiences and into true authority and enlightenment.<\/p>\n
We worked with collective rage-work for our focus soul groups to release toxic built-up reactions.\u00a0 We worked with different soul contracts for oppositional paths through many lifetimes which created limitation and struggles between souls and soul groups.\u00a0 We updated these to lift people back into unity with Inner Wisdom, Higher Self, and essence of truth of God.\u00a0 We strengthened sovereignty, which allows us to achieve self-mastery and allow our eternal Higher Selves to live within our human experiences.\u00a0 Through that unity we supported success in overcoming limitations and achieving true purpose within our lives and world.<\/p>\n
