Our subconscious selves can\u2019t distinguish the difference between hating someone or something, someone else hating us, or self-hatred.\u00a0 To the subconscious all hate is hatred of ourselves.\u00a0 Similarly with all judgments and fears.\u00a0 What we hate, what we judge, what we fear, we own.<\/p>\n
I do a lot of work in the subconscious for people, since that is where disease of body, emotion, mind and spirit often takes root.\u00a0 The tissues, cells and organs of our body are subconscious elements of people\u00a0 They have taught me about how people\u2019s hatred, judgment and fear damages them and how they hold onto those things long after the conscious mind has moved on and thinks it is over.<\/p>\n
So, when you feel the pain in your stomach, the ache in your back, the stiff neck and shoulders or whatever, your unconscious is almost always reacting to hatred, judgment or fear.<\/p>\n
The good news is that hatred, judgment and fear are a response to the old-world illusion.\u00a0 As that illusion dissipates, they disappear.\u00a0 But since that will take some time to happen, let\u2019s work with dissolving them now to bring ourselves into the new world more quickly and empower us as we walk this borderline between the old and new world.<\/p>\n
The subconscious self is very childlike.\u00a0 It tends to see things as black and white, all or nothing. \u00a0Like a child these parts of us want to be loved, cared for, safe.\u00a0 All of us reading this post are beyond the point of having protective parents who provide for us.\u00a0 But within us are the better substitute for that, which is our Inner Wisdom, Higher Self, essence of truth of God and our angels.\u00a0 These are always with us.\u00a0 As we recognize them and build a partnership to co-create our lives with them, they become our safe place within that guides us, draws all that we need to us, and help us to succeed in our lives, careers, and relationships.<\/p>\n
The following exercise strengthens the partnership between our human self and our eternal spiritual wisdom and love.\u00a0 It does that through helping to heal and release toxic emotional and mental energies and strengthening the new world experience within us.<\/p>\n

When you feel anxiety, inflammation or physical distress remember that these parts of you are like children.\u00a0 Within you is the higher intelligence and love you can identify with to provide healing, ascension into wholeness and unconditional love for yourself.\u00a0 When the love flows in, fear and hatred dissolve, this is forgiveness in action.\u00a0 No one is to blame; it is just the old-world illusion you are overcoming.<\/p>\n
