I only recently realized what a huge role microbes play in our human experience.\u00a0 Most excitingly I am learning how to work with that to heal body, emotion, and mind so we become more sovereign and ascended.<\/p>\n
As mentioned in a recent post I\u2019ve been learning from Ed Yong\u2019s book \u201cI Contain Multitudes\u201d about microbes which include bacteria and viruses.\u00a0 Less than 1% of bacteria are toxic.\u00a0 Microbes, including bacteria, are why we exist in physical bodies.\u00a0 These single celled organisms are what life forms evolved from. \u00a0No one knows how many kinds of microbes are needed to have a healthy body, but all agree that there are many \u2013 hundreds or thousands of different kinds and different roles.\u00a0 They apparently play significant roles in our emotional and mental functions as well.<\/p>\n
It has been scientifically shown that microbes in many life forms stimulate the unique and essential functions those creatures need to mature, to procreate, to digest, to protect themselves from harmful bacteria, disease and so much more.\u00a0 They often cause their host to make choices that support the microbe which may not always be good for the host, so these relationships are far from one sided!<\/p>\n
One study found a type of microbe which used to be rare but has been so successful through controlling its hosts that it has spread world-wide.\u00a0 They studied it in a certain wasp.\u00a0 The presence of the microbe in the wasp affected reproduction in some fascinating ways.\u00a0 One way was to create a situation where wasps carrying this microbe could only reproduce with others carrying it.\u00a0 So, as it spread, those not carrying it gradually found their partner options to be extremely limited.\u00a0 In some instances, it blocked females and males from mating and caused the females to clone themselves instead!\u00a0 When they administered anti-biotics to the wasps, the males returned and successfully mated.\u00a0 Crazy huh?!<\/p>\n
In some studies, the presence of toxic bacteria or the inhibition of helpful microbes was shown to cause psychotic behavior and deep anxiety which was corrected with anti-biotics.\u00a0 They have not yet proven this in humans, but I feel they will.\u00a0 I have worked with children expressing violent and sociopathic behavior who have been essentially cured with diet and supplements (That work was done through a Doctor of Psychology who specialized in these kinds of behaviors in children and youths).<\/p>\n
Science is just starting to recognize how amazingly impactful are these tiny beings within us and how they can run our lives for better or for worse.<\/p>\n
Of great significance to us are the toxic bacteria such as candida, with which I have worked extensively for many years prior to reading Ed Yong\u2019s book.\u00a0 I have long held that candida and other toxic bacteria control our behaviors by causing us to crave the foods which feed it.\u00a0 People who crave sugar and alcohol may be doing so because their microbiome is compromised due to excessive candida. \u00a0Under the influence of the chemicals caused by the interactions of sugar, alcohol, candida and our body\/brain chemistry people often become anxious, aggressive, dissociated or sick. When candida is eradicated or minimized the cravings can be controlled and the psyche becomes stronger.\u00a0 While candida is strong, the cravings can seem impossible to overcome.\u00a0 Or people may quit alcohol but increase sugar which still feeds the candida.<\/p>\n
When toxic microbes become prominent good bacteria diminish and this can cause a variety of diseased states.\u00a0 This is not just true in our bowels, but it can be the case within other organs.\u00a0 In my perception these may include endocrine glands, blood, brain, and other systems which rely on symbiotic microbes to do their jobs.<\/p>\n
What was especially helpful in reading this book is the recognition of the huge numbers of healthy symbiotic microbes within us which we need for our bodies to function optimally.\u00a0 Eradicating candida and other toxic microbes is not enough or may actually be harmful if done through too much use of antibiotics.\u00a0 Antibiotics kill off helpful and necessary microbes as well as the toxic ones.<\/p>\n
Due to the scientific community awakening to the necessity for symbiotic microbes in fairly recent years, people now use pro-biotics to replace some of what should be in our bowels when we use antibiotics. This is very helpful but probably too limited.\u00a0 There is so much more, and we don\u2019t know exactly what microbes we have and what they do.\u00a0 In fact, many microbes may play a positive and protective role in one way and a harmful one in another way.\u00a0 And each individual will have different types of bacteria that perform the necessary jobs, depending on their ancestry.\u00a0 It\u2019s super complicated and these symbiotic relationships have been being built since the dawn of life on Earth!<\/p>\n
What I love about spiritual healing is that we don\u2019t have to know everything!\u00a0 I know that I do not know much, but my Higher Self knows, the Higher Power knows, and since they do the work in my healings, it\u2019s fine that I don\u2019t know.\u00a0 They guide me to ask the right questions and request the right assistance.\u00a0 I have learned to receive those instructions and act on them. \u00a0Then I get to watch and learn what can be done!\u00a0 It\u2019s an amazing lesson each time I do a healing for someone or for a soul group or the world.<\/p>\n
In recent weeks I have been working within the microbiome of myself, my clients, and the world’s populations.\u00a0 I have been finding that on the road of ascension, we need to achieve sovereignty within our bodies.\u00a0 This means that we need to ascend our microbiome and our body and brain chemistry into unity with our Inner Wisdom and Higher Self.\u00a0 In this increased unity we can eliminate any unnecessary or harmful microbes and increase the healthy ones.\u00a0 We can even manifest those which seem to be missing within our whole bodies, our endocrines, our blood, brain, nervous system, and of course \u2013 our bowels.\u00a0 We can co-create a healthy symbiosis with the necessary microbes as the presence of our Inner Wisdom and Higher Selves grows strong within our cells, genetic molecules, our hormones, our brain etc.\u00a0 This allows Higher Self to incarnate more and more fully and our true higher intelligence and unconditional love to run our lives.\u00a0 This feels so much better than being led by the nose by toxic chemicals generated by toxic bacteria, causing us to make harmful choices and feel anxious or crazy and out of control in our lives.<\/p>\n
Gaining control of our microbiome helps us to ascend more fully and co-create life through partnership with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self.<\/p>\n
