During the ascension process as your vibration rises there is a need\u00a0to periodically adjust\u00a0how you work with spirit.\u00a0 A lot of what\u00a0you have connected with\u00a0spiritually, either through religion, modern phylosophy\u00a0or through communication with spirit\u00a0guides will work better if the connections\u00a0are refined and focused to the highest level of truth and unconditional love you are able to access at this time.\u00a0 I call this the essence of truth, rather than the subjective or partial truth.\u00a0 As you get clearer, you’ll want your spiritual connections to be clearer too.<\/p>\n

When you meditate, pray or do spiritual practice here are a couple of tools to upgrade the level of truth you are receiving.\u00a0 You may do this several times over the coming months or years when you feel things get blurry for you spiritually.<\/p>\n

1) Start by stepping back into yourself until you feel your spine is the middle of you, rather than the back of you.\u00a0 This puts you into the middle of your aura where you can access information more objectively.<\/p>\n

2) From there breathe into your new world heart chakra at its core along your spine and center on that inner light and truth.\u00a0 Communicate with spirit from there, as though you were looking out from your heart chakra and acting from there.<\/p>\n

3) Communicating from\u00a0that\u00a0centered place, ask the\u00a0essence of truth within your heart chakra to\u00a0connect with the\u00a0essence of truth of God and your guides and angels.\u00a0 Invite your regular connections to be upgraded to the essence of truth that you would optimally be working with for your highest good at this time.<\/p>\n

You will likely feel that things shift and get clearer and more focussed and light.\u00a0 Some connections which aren’t unconditionally loving may be released with this process if you welcome that.<\/p>\n
