I was reminded yesterday how powerful and effective it is to love and give thanks for my body by giving it an inner hug and sinking deep into it; feeling everything from head to toe, every organ, muscle and cell and even feeling through my aura as far as my arms can reach in every direction and just really\u00a0giving love and appreciation\u00a0to myself.\u00a0 Then from that place, deep within my own body, to give thanks to God for being present within every facet of my body, aura and soul.\u00a0 Doing this I felt such a grounded presence of healing and truth and it released a lot of old baggage I needed to get rid of that was stuck in my physical self.<\/p>\n
It\u00a0seems so simple, and yet sometimes I need to come back from my work around the planet and the cosmos and even for my clients, family and friends and just remember to anchor God into that most personal place, my physical body and aura.<\/p>\n
That made me think also, that I want to thank you for reading and using the gifts and suggestions I pass along throug this blog.\u00a0 You are each an important part of the ascension on the planet.\u00a0\u00a0When you implement these ideas or even ponder them, you\u00a0come more fully\u00a0into harmony with the new world energies.\u00a0 This helps to anchor God into our world and shift\u00a0our world into\u00a0its new world self.\u00a0 It helps\u00a0smooth the way for ascension to happen with grace and ease.\u00a0 Thank you for being you!<\/p>\n
