Your Inner Wisdom who you are.\u00a0 Your body, emotion, mind, soul, aura, and ego are your vehicle during your incarnation.\u00a0 Throughout your lifetimes you have been building elements of your vehicle until you could unite them into one whole way to express yourself within the world.\u00a0 Now is the time when unification is possible.<\/p>\n
The blocks and limitations you have devised across lifetimes have acted as the workout machine for specific aspects of your vehicle (let\u2019s call them soul muscles).\u00a0 They have done a good job and that job is about to be over.\u00a0 Your new job is to release the blocks so you can experience wholeness and co-create within your incarnated experience.\u00a0 The contracts for those old world blocks are 90% released now.\u00a0 The remaining job for them is to hold space within you until you step into wholeness within those spaces of your human self that used to be blocked.\u00a0 Today\u2019s exercise is to help you do that!<\/p>\n
This is a fun exercise, easy to do and very effective. \u00a0You can do the whole thing or any part of it and still benefit. \u00a0Enjoy!<\/p>\n
Waking Up Within Your Vehicle Exercise:<\/p>\n
1 \u2013 Your Inner Wisdom, which is your true self within your vehicle of human self is easiest to access deep within your open heart chakra in the middle of your chest.\u00a0 Breathe into your heart chakra, open it back and front. \u00a0Then step back into yourself and until you find the sweet spot where you relax, and your breathing becomes easier.\u00a0 Once there you will feel your heart more open and a sense of love filling you.<\/p>\n
2 \u2013 The love is you, it is your Inner Wisdom, which is your true identity.\u00a0 It is eternal and one with your Higher Self.\u00a0 \u00a0Your Higher Self is your facet of the Oneness of All that I call essence of truth of God, but you may call that whatever name feels right to you.\u00a0 Settle into this sweet, true sense of self deep within your heart chakra and allow its intelligence and unconditional love to wash away your false human beliefs about who you are.<\/p>\n
Whether you like yourself or not, your human ego identity is too limited compared to your Inner Wisdom which is unlimited.\u00a0 It is one with your Higher Selfh which is one with the One.\u00a0 It has been with you through each moment of this lifetime and all lifetimes prior.\u00a0 Your ego is too subject to outer influences, defining you by the standards of your culture, family, and friends.\u00a0 You are unlimited in truth though you are currently living within a limited human experience.\u00a0 Our work today will help you enjoy and expand into your wholeness.\u00a0 Then limitations become about how you choose to focus your unlimited intelligence and love within the circumstances of life, rather than how life defines you.<\/p>\n
3 \u2013 Begin with your toes to do the following steps.\u00a0 After that work your way up your body following those steps for each part you choose to work with.\u00a0 Be as broad or detailed as suits your time and inclination.<\/p>\n
Gently tighten the muscles of whichever body part you are working with .\u00a0 Hold that squeeze to help bring your consciousness into that part of yourself.\u00a0 Welcome your Inner Wisdom which you joined with in #1 to enter and look out at the world from within that body part.<\/p>\n
4 \u2013 Gently flex the body part and imagine the aura of it flexing too.\u00a0 This will expel blocks and deepen the presence and power of your Inner Wisdom<\/p>\n
5 \u2013 If it feels like this part needs more help to wake up and let go of blocks, you can bring in power animals, the angel of that part of your body, trees or forests or any of your other tools to empower it<\/p>\n
6 \u2013 If you like to work with the new world nursery, you can welcome that there too<\/p>\n
7 \u2013 Continue up your body doing whatever body parts you want all the way to the crown of your head<\/p>\n
8 \u2013 Then imagine every cell of your body and welcome your Inner Wisdom to be awake, bringing intelligence, love and new world focus to each cell.\u00a0 See them as millions of tiny lights within your body, within each organ, within the wholeness of you.\u00a0 Feel the loving intelligence of your true, eternal self awake within your body.<\/p>\n
9 \u2013 Imagine your aura, surrounding your body to an arm\u2019s length in every direction.\u00a0 Shaped like an egg standing on its smaller end.\u00a0 Welcome your Inner Wisdom to fill and tune and flex it, expelling anything old blocks or weakness that you don\u2019t need.\u00a0 If wanted you can use empowering tools where you feel blocks as mentioned in #5 above.<\/p>\n
10 \u2013 You can do the same with each chakra if you like.\u00a0 Center in each, welcome Inner Wisdom to be present to own them, tune and focus them.\u00a0 Flex them open and closed to expel what you are ready to let go and strengthen your true self there.
