There is a central light of divine being within you that you can nourish and which will help you feel at home in the world.\u00a0 It is like the truest, sweetest hug you have ever received and it is a constant\u00a0presence of hope and home within you.<\/p>\n

Take a few moments daily to rest in that light and let it expand to fill you and surround you in all the moments of your life.\u00a0 If you have trouble finding it sometimes, light a candle and let the light from the flame mirror the light within you to help you find the central light within yourself.<\/p>\n

That same light is present within all of life.\u00a0 Once you have found your light and rested in its embrace for a bit, then acknowledge the light which is also present within all of the outer burdens you carry.\u00a0 Then you can\u00a0release those burdens\u00a0to the\u00a0care of that great universal loving hug present within all things, beings and circumstances of life.\u00a0 Then relax again into the light within yourself and enjoy your day.<\/p>\n
