Our new world selves exist and are waiting to integrate with our human experience.\u00a0 We have been building them for a number of years now and for most of my readers they are 40% to 50% as strong as needed for us to live fully within them!\u00a0 So, my challenge now is to teach people how to integrate them!\u00a0 I see them like suits of clothing hanging right in front of people, but they don\u2019t realize they are there.<\/p>\n
In recent weeks we have worked together through these posts, merging with power animals to help ground the new world energies into our world experience.\u00a0 I am going to suggest we now practice merging with our new world selves to practice integrating them into our bodies and auras.<\/p>\n
To integrate our new world selves, we will each have to take some steps into a different way of being in relation to the world and people around us.\u00a0 The new world experience is sovereign — where we become so strong in our unity with Higher Self that we don\u2019t get entangled with the energies around us.\u00a0 We interact but in a different way than people generally do.\u00a0 It is a way that generates energy and grows new world life.<\/p>\n
The old-world experience is full of entanglements.\u00a0 We often find ourselves stuck in other people\u2019s energies, or carry other people\u2019s negativity, problems or concerns within our own body and aura. We find ourselves giving away our energy to others without fully intending that. I call this co-dependent and our society is built of that type of behavior.\u00a0 Over the previous century and a half people have increasingly sought to experience themselves more fully beyond the roles and controls of society and family.\u00a0 This is a new world impulse.\u00a0 And while we have made progress individually and collectively in overcoming the heaviest levels of it, we still get caught within the co-dependent entanglements because that is how we define love.\u00a0 If I love you, I become one with you. For instance: Your problems are my problems.\u00a0 My experience is strongly defined by your experience.\u00a0 If you are happy, I am happy.\u00a0 If you are sad, I am sad.\u00a0 If you are angry, I am hurt.\u00a0 If you love me, then I feel loveable.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t love me, I must not be loveable.\u00a0 I can\u2019t be myself because you become jealous or are hurt by it.\u00a0 Etc\u2026.<\/p>\n
Objectively I think we can see the dysfunctionality of these attitudes and beliefs, but our old-world selves are programmed in these ways.\u00a0 Our survival in the old world depended entirely on our little worlds of family, town, society, and religion.\u00a0 We have culturally broadened, but leaving behind those social limitations, we seek to create our own tribes populated by people with whom we believe we have common goals.\u00a0 The closer we get with someone else, the more we depend upon them, and or the more we will tend to give away ourselves and our power and to take on the other\u2019s weight and baggage.<\/p>\n
Not being co-dependent is especially challenging with children who are completely and appropriately dependent on us when small.\u00a0 Trusting and allowing them to be themselves, grow their independence, struggle to become whole and strong, can be very difficult, but necessary.\u00a0 Letting them make mistakes is an essential element of their learning which many parents resist.<\/p>\n
Learning to co-create with Higher Self and with each other in a new world manner as sovereign individuals is one of our big learning curves for ascension. For instance: I love you doesn\u2019t mean I carry you or you carry me.\u00a0 It can mean I am whole, and you are whole, and we love co-creating a life together, learning together, growing each in our own way within this relationship.\u00a0 Whether forever, or just for now being with you.\u00a0 As I maintain my center, I find the challenges of being together make the wholeness within me grow stronger.\u00a0 The love we each are when we are in unity with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self builds a field of love and Holy Spirit between us.\u00a0 \u00a0That is our gift to each other and to the world.<\/p>\n
Co-dependency tends to do the opposite.\u00a0 When people lean on each other, one taking on more of the burden, than the other, or both losing themselves in the partnership we each lose energy.\u00a0 We stop generating.\u00a0 Gradually the blessed \u201cHigh\u201d of new love becomes the loss of self and we wonder where our love went.\u00a0 Trying to make one whole out of two people doesn\u2019t work.\u00a0 We need two \u201cwholes\u201d so we don\u2019t become full of holes!<\/p>\n
A big part of the clearing which is ready to happen now is of other people\u2019s soul energies and burdens being released out of our bodies and auras from lifetimes of dysfunctional relationships.\u00a0 We can release them guilt-free because each person needs to be whole in themselves.\u00a0 When we release them and reclaim ourselves, each of us has the potential to function more successfully.\u00a0 Standing on our own two feet and reaching within to find the reserves of strength, unity, and wisdom we own for ourselves we are freed.\u00a0 The sticky weight of abuse or codependency is released, and we can begin to see our way forward to the fulfillment of our purpose and to healthy relationships.<\/p>\n
Beyond childhood, no one needs another to run their life or make them comfortable and happy.\u00a0 Each of us is responsible for those things.\u00a0 In partnerships we may divide up roles for convenience and fairness, but only as that is right for us.\u00a0 We may help others because it is right for us to do so.\u00a0 However, when we are carrying others, we know it.\u00a0 We feel the burden.\u00a0 We lose focus in our own purpose and feel something is missing.<\/p>\n
Amazingly, those we think we are helping by carrying them, also lose focus and power.\u00a0 They are not fulfilling their purpose of growth but may be disempowered by our help.\u00a0 When we stop carrying them many of these people rise to the occasion and feel more self-respecting.\u00a0 They won’t do things our way, and we may think their ways is\u00a0 inefficient or unfocused.\u00a0 But it’s their life and they have to do it on their own terms. Pay attention day by day to the balance of purpose and power within your life.\u00a0 If you are doing more or less than your share, adjust.<\/p>\n
Not everyone will be ready to take these steps, but many within my healing practice are finding that their relationships are working better and better as our works helps them grow more whole and sovereign.\u00a0 The drama and conflicts are diminishing and the pleasure in the relationships is growing as each one feels more freedom to be themselves.<\/p>\n
So, you can see that claiming yourself within your partnerships, families and other relationships, even workplaces perhaps, does not mean the ending of those relationships.\u00a0 It may be a new beginning for everyone involved.<\/p>\n
Being yourself in a sovereign way has another significant element.\u00a0 In old-world relationships we felt that we couldn\u2019t be ourselves unless others understood us and hopefully agreed with us.\u00a0 So, people would open themselves to others and share all their feelings and beliefs and even their judgments and hurts of and from those others.\u00a0 They expected this would bring closeness and healing, but often it brought hurt.\u00a0 This approach may be just another act of co-dependency, expecting others to make us feel good about ourselves.\u00a0 It often does the opposite.\u00a0 Before sharing with others, meditate on who they are and what they will be able to accept from you.\u00a0 Consider what you want and what you can realistically expect.\u00a0 Decide how you share based on these considerations and what you are okay taking from the experience.\u00a0 Sometimes you just need to let it all out and you don\u2019t care what the end result is.\u00a0 But if that isn\u2019t the case, you can learn to comfort, empower and reassure yourself in whatever ways you won\u2019t be getting from others.\u00a0 Then share with them what they are ready for even if it is just a small crumb to you.\u00a0 This is not stuffing yourself, but self-parenting and self-respect with an accompanying acceptance of and respect for the limitations of others.<\/p>\n
Think of how you share yourself with others in a different way.\u00a0 What is the right part of you to share with that person and what part of you is your own path which they aren\u2019t yet ready for, and maybe never will be?\u00a0 You don\u2019t become more yourself by burdening others with your uniqueness if they aren\u2019t ready to embrace that.\u00a0 Share yourself in the ways that fit, and nurture yourself in the ways that you need.\u00a0 There are no relationships that will be able to embrace all of you, because in the new world we are each completely unique.\u00a0 We are not looking for those who are like us. \u00a0We are growing something unique that only we can grow.\u00a0 We seek where and how that fits in the world around.\u00a0 Over time and practice being true to ourselves we discover we are where we belong because being ourselves leads us to that experience.<\/p>\n
This challenging idea becomes easier and easier the more you live in your new world self.\u00a0 In your new self you are connected so intimately to your Inner Wisdom, your Higher Self, the essence of truth of God, your angels, and your spirit companions in completely healthy ways that you lose your appetite for codependent relationships.\u00a0 While on your journey toward that experience, you can take things a day at a time and work with the ideas I have written here as you are ready for them.<\/p>\n
As you clear the things you carry in your body, aura and soul that are not you but are baggage you have picked up from others, your new world self will be able to ground more and more fully into your human experience.\u00a0 So, the journey is one of letting go, incorporating more of your new world self, letting go more, incorporating more\u2026etc.\u00a0 Over time you are born into a new world person.\u00a0 Looking back now, you will see you have already made strong progress on this journey.<\/p>\n
