Hello Friends!\u00a0 I have just returned from 3 weeks retreat in Hawaii where I have entered deep into the earth, ocean and sky and received many lessons and gifts from the enlightened creatures who live there.\u00a0 Over the next several posts I will be sharing their lessons and gifts with you!<\/p>\n
The Humpback Whales have become special friends to me over the several visits I have made to the Islands of Hawaii.\u00a0 Every year I plan a boat trip to meet them, and they have never disappointed!\u00a0 This year I took a different boat which was smaller because it was available on the one day it was not scheduled to rain or blow too hard.\u00a0 We were blessed with a beautiful morning, meeting a pod of spinner dolphins immediately outside of the harbor and bottlenose shortly after that.\u00a0 A sea turtle swam right next to the boat, so close I feared for its safety.\u00a0 I will tell you more about each of those in later posts.\u00a0 This first is about the Humpback Whales, and I was eagerly anticipating them as our boat continued on its journey.<\/p>\n
I reached out to them telepathically and didn\u2019t sense them, which was odd. \u00a0When I planned the trip I connected with them to be sure they could be there at that time.\u00a0 They reassured me enthusiastically that if I came they would be there.\u00a0\u00a0 But as I waited, a little doubt crept into my mind and I sent the message \u2013 \u201cWhere are you?\u00a0 Are you coming?\u00a0 I\u2019m here!\u201d<\/p>\n
They sent me the message \u2013 \u201cYou don\u2019t need to see us; you can be with us any time!\u201d\u00a0 I replied \u201cYes but we are like family, and it\u2019s always so good to see you!\u00a0 Also, there are many people on this boat who don\u2019t know you yet and would be so happy to meet you.\u201d\u00a0 I soon found out they were teasing me because immediately ahead of the boat maybe half a mile away we began to see spouting and then their arching backs rising out of the water.<\/p>\n
The next thing we knew they were coming our way. \u00a0About 6 whales were spouting, arching and tail flapping so quickly that in a 1.5 minute video we saw 4 tail flaps and some roll overs.\u00a0 Another short video shows the same.\u00a0 I was glad my husband was recording it for us, because I was so happy that I was crying and laughing.\u00a0 This went on for about 20 minutes with a short break and then another 10 or 15 minutes again!\u00a0 They were very close to our boat the whole time so we could easily see them.\u00a0 According to the tour guide this was an unprecedented experience for them.\u00a0 Usually whales surface briefly and then don\u2019t surface again for about 40 minutes.\u00a0 The kind of behavior we saw can be associated with frisky males ready to mate apparently.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know, but it seemed like an extra friendly hello to me!<\/p>\n
As we interacted and enjoyed this time together, I was told \u201cYes, we are family and we are so happy to see you too\u201d.\u00a0 Later I meditated with them in private where I could receive their deeper messages and gifts for myself and to share with you, my friends.<\/p>\n
I was told that whenever a person is ready to ascend, they become family to the Humpback Whales whose job it is to help the world and all beings ascend into the new world.<\/p>\n
They invited me to merge with them. \u00a0To swim and experience what they do that helps us so I could do it too.\u00a0 When I did, I found myself feeling the powerful movement of the fluke or tail as it pushes the body through the water.\u00a0 My whole self undulated through the water, and it felt amazing! \u00a0I was told to experience the lightness and joy of that power and how it lifts everything into the new world.\u00a0 I felt how the heaviness of the old world emotion, mind, and experience can be shed by simply entering into the joy and unconditional love of the new world.\u00a0 And the way the whales swim brings us home into that beautiful place.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve been spending a lot of time swimming with the whales since then as an essential piece of both my personal and my world healing and ascension work.\u00a0 I\u2019d like to teach you to experience this gift as well.<\/p>\n
To do this I will guide you to receive your own spirit of Humpback Whale as a power animal and then to merge with it and enjoy swimming in the powerful joy and unconditional love.\u00a0 To be freed from the old-world burdens and enter the new world beauty, power and all its gifts that you are ready to experience.\u00a0 Though it is likely you can\u2019t stay in whale focus all the time, you will have this available to experience again and again.\u00a0 That will help to train you to release the old and enter the new world more easily as you prepare to be there all the time!<\/p>\n
If you are new to power animals you can read the article on my website called The Gift of Power Animals which can be found when you click the Articles Button on my website: www.spiritualhealers.com<\/a>\u00a0 Once there you can click the box with the letter T (for The) you will find it in the list on the left column.<\/p>\n If you are unfamiliar with Humpback Whales do some research and become knowledgeable about them, their lifestyle and their appearance.\u00a0 Watch some videos and listen to their sounds.\u00a0 A simple Google Search will get you all you need in this regard.<\/p>\n In the following exercise I will guide you to go direct to the Higher Power which I call Essence of Truth of God to receive your power animal as a piece of God\u2019s own self in the form of the whale.\u00a0 This is not a traditional way to do power animal work.\u00a0 If you prefer a traditional approach, you may use that.\u00a0 I have used both methods and find this way to be clear, safe, easy to do and very effective!\u00a0 You are not limited to a certain number of power animals, but may work with whichever feel helpful.<\/p>\n How to Receive Humpback Whale as a Power Animal:<\/p>\n 1 \u2013 Center within your body by breathing deeply focusing down to your toes, up to the top of your head and around back as well as front.\u00a0 Give yourself a big inner hug and feel your whole self, unified through your open heart in unconditional love.<\/p>\n 2 \u2013 From within your open heart invite the essence of truth of God by whatever name you like to call that Oneness, to bring to you the spirit of Humpback Whale as a power animal.<\/p>\n 3 \u2013 Welcome it into your open heart to merge with you.\u00a0 Invite it to awaken within your own self the gifts it holds that you are ready for.\u00a0 You will know what those gifts are as you let yourself experience them.<\/p>\n 4 \u2013 From your open heart invite the essence of truth of God (Use whatever name sits right for you for that One) to bring the spirit of Humpback Whale to your crown chakra at the top of your head to merge with you.<\/p>\n 5 \u2013 Feel the energy of the whale within you.\u00a0 The gifts will be received as you are ready for them.<\/p>\n 6 \u2013 If you feel ready to work with your whale you can merge with it.\u00a0 As you do this your Higher self will stimulate your soul, instinctual and feeling self and imagination to let you experience its\u2019 gifts.<\/p>\n 7 \u2013 Centering again as in #1 of today\u2019s instructions will prepare you to merge.\u00a0 Then from your open heart welcome the whale by imagining it and making its\u2019 sounds.<\/p>\n 8 \u2013 As the whale comes to focus for you, spend some time feeling and getting to know it.<\/p>\n 9 \u2013 When you are ready let yourself share the experience of Humpback Whale.\u00a0 Let yourself \u201cbe\u201d one.\u00a0 Feel what it is like to be so large, to make the sounds, to spout. \u00a0Experience what it is like to swim under the power of the great fluke, undulating through the water.\u00a0 Feel it push you through the ocean. The up and down movement expels the old world and lifts you into the new.<\/p>\n 10 \u2013 Let yourself go deep into the ocean and then rise back up to spout.\u00a0 Feel joy as your back arches through the air and your fluke lifts up as you finish the arch and go back under water.
