We are beings of eternal spirit.\u00a0 How is it that so many people don\u2019t know that?\u00a0 How did spirit and spirituality become almost mythical\u2026ideas that can be disputed?\u00a0 How can we integrate our spirit into our body so we can enter the new world?<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve been healing, teaching self-healing and training healers for 37 years!\u00a0 During that time, I have observed that there are habits we develop which define the way we experience things.\u00a0 To cope with the realities of life, people choose different paths.\u00a0 A large percentage of people choose to follow the accepted course of society which encourages a strong focused mind and discourages emotional or spiritual introspection.\u00a0 But some prefer the more emotional focus, and everything is about how they feel and react to others.\u00a0 In the normal course of people\u2019s lives, spirit, if included at all is relegated to Sunday at church, or a class they take, a book they read.\u00a0 It seems more like an intellectual and social pursuit of the idea of spirituality with some emotional sense that it exists and makes us feel good.\u00a0 Others, including most of my students and clients, have chosen a more independent approach; following the longing for more than just a partial experience of themselves.\u00a0 Then there are people like myself, for whom spirit and spiritual experience is my air and my life blood.\u00a0 It is the only thing that makes sense of life and the world for me.\u00a0 Emotion and mind are things I have learned to integrate with deliberate choice and practice.<\/p>\n
What I see is that people tend to be specialists.\u00a0 They focus and build the strengths of their preferred aspects of themselves and may neglect other parts in favor of that.\u00a0 An intense focus of mind or emotion may overpower the ability to recognize spirit.\u00a0 Even of my students, those who have the strongest minds have the most difficulty receiving spiritual messages consciously, though they know it deeply within themselves and can learn to work from that inner knowing.\u00a0 Their minds tend to get in the way of the greater level of perception they desire.\u00a0 Those with an emotional focus get much more spirit guidance, but it can be hard for them to focus it into their lives to co-create their reality.\u00a0 The emotional drama can override the clarity and focus they desire.\u00a0 People like myself, with a strong spiritual focus, have to work hard to bring it to ground in the physical world we live in.\u00a0 It\u2019s easier to float in that beauty until hard reality drags us rudely back to ground within our bodies and lives.<\/p>\n
My work with ascension has helped me to bring my spirit, mind and emotions into greater cooperative unity.\u00a0 I am more balanced and integrated allowing me to function more fully on all levels.\u00a0 I have been learning to co-create with Higher Self and I love how effective and reliable my life can be when I live increasingly in this wholeness.\u00a0 Integration of the whole self is a primary work of my teaching.<\/p>\n
To ascend, we need to grow integration of all these elements within our lives.\u00a0 In particular the spiritual focus needs to become supreme so that we are guided by our unique higher truth and all parts are working together, co-creating from unity.\u00a0 Much of our earthly experiences have been born out of the old-world separation of earth and spirit.\u00a0 The new world is a very spiritual experience which lifts body, mind, and emotions into a clear and cooperative journey moment by moment.<\/p>\n
The density of the old-world body, emotion and mind are in process of ascending into a lighter version of ourselves where integrating spirit and earth is easy.\u00a0 This blog and my Monthlies Class are all about the practice of working within the lighter version of reality which is available now but needs to grow stronger through being used.<\/p>\n
In recent posts I have been writing about the layers of the human aura and how they function.\u00a0 See the January 5th<\/sup>, 2023,<\/strong> post Ascending the Aura<\/strong> for an aura diagram and more information on the layers of the aura.\u00a0 Today I am going to focus on the spiritual aura and teach how to allow it to lift all parts of you into your lighter new world experience.<\/p>\n The spiritual aura body is the largest of your personal aura layers.\u00a0 Its perimeter is usually about to the tips of your fingers when you extend your arms to the side.\u00a0 It\u2019s approximately that distance from your body in every direction.\u00a0 This layer, of all your aura bodies is most naturally unified with your Higher Self.\u00a0 And your Higher Self is One with the One.\u00a0 This aura also interpenetrates all the layers below it all the way to your physical body and genetic makeup.\u00a0 So when you welcome your Higher Self to enter, tune, and live within your spiritual aura you potentially come into harmony, unity and wholeness on all levels of your self.<\/p>\n Your spiritual aura and Higher Self are the expression of unconditional love.\u00a0 That means that they won\u2019t force themselves on you.\u00a0 They will be as strong in your experience as you welcome and allow them to be.\u00a0 If mind and emotion are in the habit of controlling, then you have the option of retraining yourself. You can let spiritual Higher Self be a stronger factor in your choices and actions so it becomes the guiding force of your life.\u00a0 In this way you begin to experience unconditional love for yourself.<\/p>\n During the process of allowing your spiritual self to become your guiding force, it can be rather like a parent to the rest of yourself.\u00a0 Emotions, judgments and fears will come up and you will have the opportunity to choose what to do with them.\u00a0 You can pause before acting on those reactions, allowing Higher Self and unconditional love to help you work through them.\u00a0 Once calm, you can welcome Higher Self and unconditional love to give you perspective and guidance on how to respond in an optimal way for your growth and the good of all.\u00a0 This builds the muscles of unconditional love and strengthens your spiritual aura, building unity and wholeness within you as it helps you to ascend.<\/p>\n Here is How You Could Do This:<\/p>\n Strengthen your spiritual aura by extending your arms out to the sides and letting your fingertips indicate where its approximate outer boundary is all around your body.\u00a0 Breathe into your body and give yourself an inner hug.\u00a0 Then open your heart and invite your Higher Self to enter and live within your spiritual aura.\u00a0 Ask it to tune every layer of your aura all the way to your genetic molecules and every part of your body.\u00a0 Invite body, mind and emotions to be guided by your Higher Self to co-create each moment of your life.\u00a0 Ask that each aspect of yourself ascend to their lighter new world versions as they are ready for that, each in their own time.\u00a0 In this way you will be able to build your spiritual muscles and strengthen your new world experience.\u00a0 Your mind and emotions will learn to trust and partner with Higher Self and grow into their lighter new world experience.<\/p>\n As you are ready to deepen this experience, add more grounding to the process.\u00a0 The more grounded you are, the stronger and more effective your Higher Self will be.\u00a0 Eve\u2019s 3 Most Important Things Video #1 teaches a good grounding approach.\u00a0 Videos # 2 and #3 add more tools for grounding as you are ready for that.\u00a0 Find them in the Video Gallery<\/strong><\/a> on my website.\u00a0 I teach many more tools for grounding and ascending in Healing and Ascension Monthlies Class.\u00a0 Email me if you\u2019d like to join us for the next series starting March 30th<\/sup> \u2013 see Resources<\/em><\/strong> below for more info.<\/p>\n Going about your day, when you find yourself reacting from old world thoughts and feelings, you will learn with practice to open to your spiritual aura.\u00a0 You can then allow your Higher Self to enter and refocus you into a positive and productive response to life.\u00a0 Practice makes this possible.<\/p>\n Remember that unconditional love is your true self.\u00a0 Anything that isn\u2019t that is something you have learned in the old world separated experience.\u00a0 When stuff comes up that makes you react in an old-world way, think of it as an alert message!\u00a0 It is showing you where you need to release the old and co-create the new.\u00a0 This is a step-by-step process, not a one-time decision.\u00a0 The old world requires lots of releasing.\u00a0 That happens easily and quickly when you are strong in unity with your own Higher Self and practiced with co-creating. \u00a0Co-creating happens when you pay attention to Higher Self and allow it to guide your choices and actions.<\/p>\n This is a great way to begin each day.
