Imagine…an ameoba at the dawn of time swimming in the primordial swamp.\u00a0 Does it have a dream of emerging onto land, evolving hands and complex brains… becoming us???\u00a0 How about ourselves…are we like the amoeba to our new world potential?\u00a0 And is our ascension into light bodies — free of the needs that drive us and threaten to destroy our world — a miracle we can dream of and reach for?<\/p>\n

Light bodies…what are they?\u00a0 How do we emerge into this new reality out of the swamp of our human past?<\/p>\n

Evolution is two fold.\u00a0 It is innate within the structure of life as it presently is.\u00a0 And it is implemented by the eternal spirit which created our current forms as we are ready for the next phase.<\/p>\n

Light bodies are the goal for our evolution from the dawn of time.\u00a0 Their most important quality is unity with our eternal spiritual selves.\u00a0 We are developing them now.\u00a0 They are emerging as the breaking down of our old world bodies and societies makes room for them.\u00a0 This is the internal impulse built into our old world bodies, minds and souls.\u00a0 They are being implemented by our eternal spirits because we are ready to become who we are designed to be.<\/p>\n

Can we make room within our hearts, minds and souls to receive these gifts?\u00a0 Or are we going to hold onto our old world experience until there is nothing to hold onto anymore?\u00a0 My goal is to help us release the old and embrace the new as smoothly and easily as it can happen.\u00a0 It takes a lot of stretching to make room for our new potential.\u00a0 Stretching of mind and heart, and a willingness of body and soul.<\/p>\n

Let’s talk about light bodies!\u00a0 What are they?\u00a0 Do we have them yet?<\/p>\n

Light bodies are made of unconditional love.\u00a0 Rather than being carbon based, they are a substantial, but totally flexible field of life force built out of unity with an individuals unique and eternal Higher Self.\u00a0 They hold the gifts, intelligence, skills and potentials we have evolved throughout our lifetimes.\u00a0 They aren’t burdened by loneliness, fear, hatred, judgment or apetites for things that are self-damaging.\u00a0 They are self-generating and don’t need fuel from other sources, so eating is not a requirement.\u00a0 They travel by means of intention at need to wherever they are required at any time.\u00a0 Vehicles of transport, roads, fuel are not necessary.\u00a0 The distance from here to there is always just a step.\u00a0 These are some of the amazing potentials we possess.<\/p>\n

Light bodies exist vestigally now for most of humanity and they will grow as we use them.\u00a0 By using them we know we have them.\u00a0 Ways we can practice using them include participation in Monthlies Class!\u00a0 We are enrolling again for March 30th for 6 adventurous journeys into the new world experience.<\/p>\n

Here are some things you can do now to gain access to your light body and strengthen it!<\/p>\n

1 – Practice telepathy — it is especially easy to use with pets and children, who are naturals at it. It is a powerful tool for smoothing relationships of all kinds and it is how we communicate with our spirit guides. We already use telepathy and incresingly so in recent years. Telepathy is a combination of feeling, open heart, spiritual connection and intent.\u00a0 Feeling carries the message, so be careful to use as unconditionally loving feeling as you can access through your open heart and connection with Higher Self.\u00a0 Take extra time for this if there is something challenging to impart.\u00a0 Be gentle with yourself and others.<\/p>\n

Here are some of my favorite times to use this gift:<\/p>\n

— My early telepathic skills grew more conscious when I would be teaching a classand my young dog would whine outside the door.\u00a0 I would send her a telepathic message that “It’s all right”\u00a0 and she would stop.\u00a0 My students were impressed!\u00a0 Telepathy is a common language of animals.\u00a0 Rather than projecting your telepathic voice from your head to their head or ears, aim your communication from your heart and belly to a couple of feet above their heads. That is a place in their aura where it is easy to connect with their combined focus of animal and spiritual selves.\u00a0 The message can be easily received from there.\u00a0 Try not to yell telepathically because it is intense and can be hurtful.<\/p>\n

— Many people use telepathy when driving and don’t realize it or think about what they are doing.\u00a0 Instead of yelling at someone, try sending a considerate message from your heart and higher Self to a spot about 3 feet above their car where their mind and higher self connect.\u00a0 Invite them to move over so you can pass, or whatever it is that you want to communicate.\u00a0 Many people will respond well to that.\u00a0 My husband just uses the fingers of his hand to kind of flick toward them to move over.\u00a0 He finds that effective!<\/p>\n

— I’d love to see my grandkids more often!\u00a0 So between times, I just go into a grounded and centered space with an open heart.\u00a0 Then expanding into unity with my Higher Self I reach out from my heart and feeling self to their Higher Self and ask if they’d like to visit.\u00a0 Often they rush in with a big hug and sit on my lap!\u00a0 Sometimes they are busy growing, learning, working on their own stuff and say a quick high and then go on their way.\u00a0 It’s still wonderful to feel the love we share.\u00a0 Sometimes they have a need to talk, or support they want with a problem and so I get to enjoy helping them in ways that they are ready for.\u00a0 In many ways these are the sweetest visits we have because they are so intimate and there is no speach barrier or outer distraction.\u00a0 As a newly telepathic person you may just get a happy, warm feeling inside when you do this or a sense of what they need.\u00a0 With practice you will begin to discern more particular details of the communication.\u00a0 Like any new language it takes practice.<\/p>\n

— When there is a misunderstanding or potential misunderstanding with someone that is awkward to address verbally telepathy can be a good solution.\u00a0 It’s a non-threatening way to explain, ask forgiveness or ask for what you need from them.\u00a0 I ground and center into my Inner Wisdom and expand into unity with my Higher Self.\u00a0 Then from my open heart I talk to the Higher Self of the person (usually about 2 feet above there head is a good place to connect).\u00a0 This way I am not impinging on or fighting with the other person’s human mind but connecting where we know we are one.\u00a0 I approach them respectfully and appreciate what I can honor about them which makes a positive connection. Then I explain the concern.\u00a0 I ask the Higher Self to help the human self to receive my message.\u00a0 Then I await a response.\u00a0 The response may come as a feeling inside me of how they have received it and what they feel about it.\u00a0 So it helps to let your own fears and judgments be set aside and just keep an open heart about it.\u00a0 It may come as a clear answer which you may or may not like, but it will be an answer.\u00a0 Sometimes you can have a full conversation this way with a productive back and forth, but have to watch that you’re not just playing out your own drama, but staying unconditional and centered and really allowing the communication to flow both ways. Be willing to learn something about yourself from this process that you can only get from really listening. However shallow or deeply this goes you may end up feeling that future interactions will be easier with them.\u00a0 Or learn to just to not expect more from them than they can give.<\/p>\n
