<\/a><\/p>\nThis week the aura is up for ascending.\u00a0 Working with it the way I will describe will help you to enjoy greater unity with Higher Self, which is the essential element of ascension.\u00a0 It will also help incorporate any upgrades to your aura that you are ready for.<\/p>\n
In Monthlies Class we worked particularly with the spiritual layer, higher mental layer, lower mental layer and astral layer.\u00a0 In our auras, the highest vibration layer is the spiritual and it interpenetrates all layers below all the way to our genetic makeup of our physical bodies.\u00a0 It marks the perimeter of our personal aura. \u00a0All the other layers are vibrationally slower, slightly smaller and enfolded in our spirit aura.<\/p>\n
The higher mental aura enfolds all those below it including our physical body (which is also an aura that appears solid to our perception) all the way to our genetic makeup.<\/p>\n
The lower mental enfolds all layers below it all the way to our genetic makeup.<\/p>\n
The astral aura likewise enfolds all layers below but is unique in that it also is infinitely elastic.\u00a0 It can expand throughout the cosmos.\u00a0 It was my work with ascending the astral aura which led to the theme for this week\u2019s Monthlies Class and this article.<\/p>\n
(The spiritual aura is always connected with everything in the cosmos, it doesn’t have to be elastic like the astral)<\/em><\/p>\n People often think of the astral aura in its role as the vehicle of astral travel as happens in our sleep sometimes.\u00a0 Through the astral aura we can leave the physical layers of aura and our body behind and travel in spirit any distance.\u00a0 As we ascend, we can use this elastic potential in a simpler and more comprehensive way.\u00a0 We can develop the skill of staying present and awake in our bodies and allowing the elastic nature of our astral auras to let us travel outside of time and space any distance, without having to leave our bodies at all.\u00a0 This is an essential skill for my healing work, that allows me to connect with my clients anywhere and any time through all lifetimes and worlds. It allows me to sense what is going on with someone any time or any place, and to bring healing where and whenever it is needed. It\u2019s fun, works really fast, and provides a lot of information in a very holographic, non-linear manner.<\/p>\n People who are very empathic and sensitive are very strong in their astral aura, whose nature is feeling.\u00a0 The gifts of this are lovely, allowing us to feel the oneness we have with all of life.\u00a0 But the challenges of being too sensitive can be very problematic.\u00a0 Extremely sensitive people can be easily overwhelmed by other people\u2019s emotions, energies and toxicity.\u00a0 They can feel both the best and the worst of things.\u00a0 These negative sides to be too open cause many to shut down their open heart and live from their minds, which is like being sensory deprived, but feels safe and in control. \u00a0It can also feel very lonely. \u00a0Learning to master and ascend the astral potentials is a journey of self-discovery and healing.\u00a0 I have helped many people do this through personal healing treatments.<\/p>\n Through my 63 years of life, I have gone from being too open and inadvertently giving my power away to a life-threatening point. To learning to stay so strong in my spirit that I could still be aware of things but tucking my astral inside me where it was protected. \u00a0I have learned not to immerse myself fully into the feeling of oneness with others and with nature all the time; but instead to focus these gifts purposefully in a needed direction after surrounding them with protection.<\/p>\n As I worked with ascending my aura recently, I found a way to integrate my astral energies with my higher layers of aura to hold myself in a more balanced and comfortable way.\u00a0 I found that I could expand the astral just a bit more to be more connected to others and to nature and enjoy feeling more alive.\u00a0 I then practiced still holding this slightly extended astral aura close enough to my whole self, so it is easily tucked in when there are toxic energies or other threats to avoid.<\/p>\n With the world changing and ascending so rapidly, there is a lot of pain and fear around and it doesn\u2019t even feel good to be as open as I naturally was.\u00a0 Holding onto myself and caring for my own clear vibrations and unity with Higher Self takes precedence for me over getting lost in the cosmos \u2013 which was my common way of being when I was young.\u00a0 It was a lot like being on psilocybin mushrooms and I loved it!\u00a0 I made a choice as a very young woman to do enjoy my astral gifts instead of using recreational substances.\u00a0 It was cheaper and way more fun and gave me loads of spiritual experiences. \u00a0It also caused me a lot of suffering, but I had to learn that I was doing that to myself.\u00a0 Now, holding my wholeness in a safe and responsible way, I feel very grown up!\u00a0 And keeping my astral energies open a bit but not too open makes me feel good.\u00a0 It seems like a very good balance for me.<\/p>\n With that background information, now I will share the bare bones of the work we did in Monthlies Class.<\/p>\n Ascending the Layers of Your Aura<\/p>\n 1 \u2013 Breathe into your body and give yourself an inner hug.\u00a0 Feel your body all the way to your feet, the top of your head and all sides as you thank your body for hosting you in this lifetime.<\/p>\n 2 \u2013 Breathe into your heart chakra in the middle of your chest and Invite it to open.\u00a0 Invite the love of your eternal true self flow through your open heart chakra and fill your body and aura all the way to the perimeter \u2013 about arm\u2019s length from your body in all directions including below and behind.\u00a0 Stretch your arms out to notice how far it is to your fingertips to get an idea of how big your personal aura optimally is.<\/p>\n 3 \u2013 From your open heart, welcome your Higher Self to enter and tune your spiritual aura into perfect harmony with your Higher Self which is one with the One by whatever name you use for that.\u00a0 I use essence of truth of God.<\/p>\n 6 \u2013 Work with each of the subsequent layers of your aura in order working in toward your body from the spirit aura.<\/p>\n The goal is that as you tune the highest layer, it tunes each layer below including body.\u00a0 Then the next layer tunes each layer below, and each layer tunes the layers below them.\u00a0 Then working with each layer individually you get a chance to ask for specifics such as help with healing, maturing and ascending mind or emotions, physical body and any health issues.<\/p>\n You can go deeper using tools I have taught previously including: Working with your angel self and the emotional and toxic energy release vents (Read \u201cAn Angel for Everything\u201d the July 1, 2021 Post), Power Animals (See Self-Healing Mini-Classes in Resources below this post), and the New World Nursery and Transitional Nursery (Watch #3 of Eve\u2019s 3 Most Important Things Videos in the Video Gallery- see Resources below this post).<\/p>\n I wish you a pleasant experience with this gentle but potent aura ascension work!\u00a0 Feel free to ask questions or to share experiences using the comment option with this post.<\/p>\n Blessings and much love,<\/p>\n Eve<\/p>\n Resources for the Journey of Ascension:<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The experience of our spiritual selves is vastly greater than I can ever explain.\u00a0 What we can talk or write about is only the tip of the vast iceberg of reality.\u00a0 So, for Monthlies Class this week I went direct … Continue reading \n
