This past Sunday\u2019s full moon made for a busy week with world ascension.\u00a0 I\u2019m grateful for all we accomplished and glad to be past the push to help it get done.\u00a0 You have probably experienced some of this and are ready to relax a bit more too!<\/p>\n

I love that we are in a phase of healing some of our oldest traumas lately.\u00a0 The full moon brought up layers upon layers of emotions, beliefs, hatred, fear, judgment, and shame which under her influence became really loose and ready to clear.\u00a0 A particular clearing happened in the ancient back section of the brain which controls our most primal functions including breathing and heart rate as well as our fight or flight response.\u00a0 The hind-brain holds hereditary and past life lessons learned about fear and instinctual reactions built on traumatic experiences.\u00a0 There was a significant old world energy that cleared from within that part of our brains, which will allow these parts of us to ascend into partnership with Higher Self.\u00a0 In that partnership we will respond to life from unconditional love and wisdom instead of from fear.\u00a0 This work clears a significant piece of that old programming.<\/p>\n

There were also multiple layers in the lower parts of our bodies and auras that were received clearing from a lot of debris and sludge.\u00a0 These were deposits of fragmented bits of soul, emotions and thoughts that had been worn down through lifetimes of the rub of living in the old world.\u00a0 That debris had been built up in our unconscious self and in the planetary layers of aura as well where they kept us numb in some ways and reactive in others.\u00a0 Less of that allows us to ground our Higher Selves more fully into the world giving us increased strength and clarity of purpose.<\/p>\n

Time will allow these newly cleared parts of us to heal and ascend increasingly into new world vibrations.\u00a0 This will increase our sovereignty which is absolute unity with and guidance from our Higher Selves.<\/p>\n

I worked to help shifts happen outside of time and space so that they can integrate easily in the present; as though things had been this way for a long time instead of just happening now.\u00a0 So many levels of reality are shifting now that though the work is easier because people are more ready to shift and have already shifted a lot, it is new to learn to work on many dimensions at once.\u00a0 We are always having to develop new muscles and skills \u2013 it keeps things interesting!<\/p>\n

So, if you noticed some big, heavy stuff come up within your experience\u2026know that you are helping clear old world blocks too!\u00a0 The unconditional love and absolute forgiveness of the new world is ready to heal and ascend all that has gone before.\u00a0 You can work stuff through more easily by grounding into the new world energy and welcome unity with your Higher Self. \u00a0Holding this unity and focus in your body, emotion, mind and soul strengthens the new and will help old world blocks to clear.\u00a0 Then you will receive the benefits of a beautiful shift up to a higher vibration which can leave you feeling good on all levels!\u00a0 We have to go through this process many times so, don\u2019t fret if you start feeling wonky again \u2013 just repeat the work and ascend more! This month\u2019s full-moon-work lays the foundation for the next full moon. \u00a0It is my understanding that then we will receive multiple shifts up in vibration to a stronger new world experience for almost everyone.\u00a0 I perceive this will include physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and planetary upgrades helping us enter the new world as and when we are ready.\u00a0 I\u2019m geeked!<\/p>\n

In our first Monthlies Class this week we worked with the moon’s influences to make the most of them!\u00a0 I\u2019m grateful for all who lend their time and commitment to this process.<\/p>\n
