{"id":3150,"date":"2022-09-22T15:05:20","date_gmt":"2022-09-22T19:05:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=3150"},"modified":"2022-09-22T15:48:48","modified_gmt":"2022-09-22T19:48:48","slug":"out-of-sorts-transforming","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=3150","title":{"rendered":"Out of Sorts?  Transforming!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Don\u2019t be dismayed if just when you feel sure you are doing good spiritual healing and ascension work, you find yourself suddenly feeling disconnected, fuzzy-brained or otherwise out of sorts.\u00a0 This happens to me all the time too, so let me explain why that is and set your heart and mind at ease!<\/p>\n<p>What you are experiencing when this happens is transformation.\u00a0 Think about it\u2026you get all connected to Higher Self, you open to that unity, you bring it into your body, emotions, mind, soul and spirit and things start to shift up to a higher vibration.\u00a0 You are ascending! \u00a0But you feel out of sorts \u2013 why?\u00a0 Because you are transforming and this requires a period of shift.\u00a0 During the shift you may have any of several common experiences:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parts of you temporarily go \u201coffline\u201d \u2013 this could last moments or days giving you a feeling of blankness or inability to really focus some part of yourself effectively. You may feel limited in what you can do, or like you are just going through the motions, but not really connected.<\/li>\n<li>A lot of old blocks begin to clear. Sometimes as those blocks arise to clear, people think there is someone or something attacking them psychically or spiritually or they&#8217;ve caught a virus or some other disease or are having an anxiety attack.\u00a0 But in this situation it is likely to be old stuff that has been there for awhile that is now able to clear, because your true self is strong enough to boot it out of your energy field.\u00a0 So, this is good!\u00a0 Just let it happen, breathe and center.\u00a0 Getting even more grounded may help it go more quickly.\u00a0 Walking, exercise, spiritual exercises and tools are all things that may help.<\/li>\n<li>At some point you will begin to integrate a new level of being which may be physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or all of those. This can make you temporarily uncomfortable or feel vulnerable.\u00a0 You may not feel like socializing, but rather want to be a hermit for awhile until you become used to this new way of being.<\/li>\n<li>Once the new levels of yourself are present, you are like a newborn learning to focus your \u201ceyes\u201d. Your mind, heart and soul may not be able to do that immediately which can give you the sense of being fuzzy and disconnected.<\/li>\n<li>Even your intuitive and empathic aspects may feel like they\u2019ve lost the connection to your Higher Self sometimes because parts of you are new, and you don\u2019t yet know how to integrate everything yet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This morning I was on the upswing of a big shift.\u00a0 Feeling good, more grounded than ever, knowing I am deeply connected spiritually.\u00a0 But when I meditated on what to write for today\u2019s post, I couldn\u2019t get in focus.\u00a0 I could tell everything I needed was present, but not functioning the way I have become accustomed to.\u00a0 So, I took a walk and as I walked everything settled into its new focus and began working together in the new way.\u00a0 Walking is an excellent way to help all aspects of body, mind, soul, and spirit to come to relax together, balance and integrate, so it&#8217;s a perfect tool at this stage of the process.\u00a0 Afterward everything was working together nicely and I felt clear and comfortable.\u00a0 And, of course once I reached that place, no surprise, this subject is what I was guided to write!<\/p>\n<p>Once you get past the initial periods of transformation \u2013 going offline, receiving new levels of self, learning to focus your new way, and integrating until it all comes together new within you \u2013 then you get to learn who you are in new ways! More of yourself will be present and available so things you always wanted to do, ways you have wanted to be become more manifest with each shift. \u00a0We have a lot of ascension transformation to accomplish, and we are doing it in many, many stages.\u00a0 So, you will go through this process many times.<\/p>\n<p>Learn to recognize what stage you are in and how to manage being you during them.\u00a0 Learn to trust the process and realize you are just fine!\u00a0 You will usually be able to find a way to work around the temporarily out of sort parts of you until everything comes together in the new way.\u00a0 Other parts of you can often step up and fill the gap temporarily.\u00a0 If you can\u2019t think today, use your heart and intuition.\u00a0 If they feel blocked, use your gut feeling.\u00a0 If you need to stay home and be alone \u2013 do it!\u00a0 Once it all comes together in the new way you will so enjoy your new strengths, gifts, wisdom, compassion, and inner peace.
