{"id":315,"date":"2012-07-19T17:30:53","date_gmt":"2012-07-19T17:30:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=315"},"modified":"2023-07-03T12:02:43","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T16:02:43","slug":"riding-the-new-world-wave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=315","title":{"rendered":"Riding the New World Wave"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When an aspect of the world (either planetary, social\u00a0or personal) is ready to ascend to the next level, the old forms begin to break down.\u00a0\u00a0Experiencing this\u00a0can cause anxiety,\u00a0but you don&#8217;t need to worry because what comes next is good.\u00a0 Given some time the forms will begin to shift and a new balance will be achieved at a higher vibration.\u00a0 Some things will pass away and some things will change and improve, but each change happens at its own pace, so you have to maintain an open mind and heart during this process and be\u00a0deliberately patient and trusting.\u00a0 Otherwise your worry and fear can\u00a0hold you in the old world energy where it is all fear based.\u00a0 It is a choice what you focus on.<\/p>\n<p>Staying open and alert, you will be able to ride the waves of new world energy as they come into focus and release the old energy as it becomes clear that it won&#8217;t support you any more.\u00a0 It is a delicate ride, kind of like body surfing waves in the ocean.\u00a0 You gradually get a feeling for when to hold your ground and when to\u00a0jump in\u00a0and ride the wave.<\/p>\n<p>Useing\u00a0your new world heart chakra (just above your regular heart chakra in your chest) like a tuning fork\u00a0you can\u00a0bring body, mind and emotions into\u00a0a\u00a0new world focus.\u00a0\u00a0There\u00a0you will sense the power, hopefullness and joy of the new world which is coming within yourself and all around you.\u00a0 It is a\u00a0vibrant aura building beneath, within and around the old world forms even as they are breaking down.\u00a0 Ride the new world wave and let it carry you into shore.<\/p>\n<p>The Healer\u00a0Development 101 6 week course teaches\u00a0foundational tools for living during this transition.\u00a0\u00a0Classes\u00a0run Sept. 25 &#8211;
