When the old world is like a train barreling toward you and you\u2019re standing on the tracks \u2013 pull back your focus to your own center and keep moving off the tracks and into the new world.\u00a0 Sometimes we can be paralyzed by what scares us, like a deer caught in the headlights of a car, we can\u2019t let go of the focus, it steals our power, and we get lost in the old-world perceived reality.<\/p>\n
This can happen when we watch the news, read the paper, think about environmental or financial issues…etc.\u00a0 Our instinctual self believes what it reads or sees.\u00a0 It can take a lot of faith and courage to tear yourself away from the fearful compulsion to obsess and worry.\u00a0 But like the person on the tracks or the deer in the headlights if you don\u2019t pull yourself away and refocus into your own center you will lose your life force and true direction and be caught in the old-world drama which is largely illusion.\u00a0 Usually, the drama isn\u2019t even your drama.\u00a0 If you stop and check in the moment, you are probably doing quite well.\u00a0 You have clothes, food, a roof over your head and are okay.\u00a0 But the sense of being okay can be lost so quickly if we get lost in the drama because most of those who read the Weekly Word are compassionate empaths.\u00a0 Other people are experiencing it even if we are not, and we worry about not only them, but about the future and our families.\u00a0 You attract what you fear if you give energy to it, so watch out for that!<\/p>\n
What you focus on is what you get.\u00a0 So, focus on you in the present moment.\u00a0 Then take it a bit further and focus on you as an eternal spiritual Being in the present moment.\u00a0 Breathe, relax, center. Co-create each moment in the partnership of your human self with your divine self.\u00a0 This brings you into the new world.\u00a0 As you hold that focus for yourself in any moment, you are free.\u00a0 There is an increased sense of peace, aliveness, confidence, and hope.<\/p>\n
Choose what you will create today \u2013 paralyzing fear or freedom and hope.\u00a0 I know it is a leap of faith to stop obsessing about the chaotic world.\u00a0 But really\u2026 where are you now?\u00a0 Work with that.\u00a0 Let your eternal, wise, spiritual self, partner with you to co-create a beautiful experience\u2026a successful reality for you and those you love.\u00a0 That is the most valuable contribution you can make to world sanity and peace.\u00a0 That is where your contribution is most impactful.\u00a0 Though it may seem selfish, it is not.\u00a0 It is a gift not only to you and those you love but to everyone — since it increases what is true for all of us.<\/p>\n
