How do we achieve the forgiveness needed for Earth to shift into the new world experience?\u00a0 I\u2019m so looking forward to the future where we all live in unconditional love!\u00a0 But in order to arrive at that place people need to find inner peace so they can trust in the future.\u00a0 Those of us who know there is a better reality being born on Earth are in the best position to help our world be liberated from cycles of hurt\u2026fear\u2026reaction\u2026hurt\u2026fear\u2026reaction, and the buildup of trauma responses to life since the dawn of time.<\/p>\n
Forgiveness is essentially the letting go of trauma and returning to wholeness.\u00a0 In my experience this is more effective by far than the common idea of acceptance for the other who hurt us. \u00a0Accepting others happens naturally as a product of deep forgiveness through healing and releasing trauma. I don\u2019t know if it can exist before that happens at the profound levels we need.\u00a0 Once forgiveness is achieved, we can no longer hold hurt and resentment, though we will be alert to protect ourselves if needed.\u00a0 We then own new strengths gained through the circumstances which hurt us, and gratitude begins to emerge, bringing with it deep freedom and aliveness.<\/p>\n
With 36 years of healing experience forgiveness has become one of my strengths.\u00a0 What I\u2019ve learned is that traumatic experiences clump together in our emotional and mental energy fields.\u00a0 So, when we encounter a new circumstance that pushes our buttons of fear, anger or reactivity our reactions are amplified hugely by all that old baggage. Mature people have learned to suppress those reactions and respond appropriately as they can.\u00a0 However, suppressing only strengthens the energy blocks of old trauma by adding one more layer of baggage to it.<\/p>\n
Think of this built-up trauma as a bonfire waiting to happen.\u00a0 Here in Northern Michigan people collect old sticks and build huge piles of debris that will burn fast and hot.\u00a0 They make sure to burn them where they won\u2019t set anything else on fire when it bursts into a tower of flame!\u00a0 This is how we can deal with our emotional and mental build-up \u2013 we can deliberately ignite it in a safe way so it can clear.\u00a0 When we work it, we don\u2019t want to hurt ourselves or anyone else.<\/p>\n
Releasing old trauma is powerful forgiveness. \u00a0Present time circumstances may bring our reactions up fast and hot and be hard to let go of emotionally and mentally.\u00a0 This may be because there is so much baggage from the past which gets ignited by present events. \u00a0But when we work retroactively as far back as we can whether in present life or across all lifetimes to heal those old issues, we can burn off the brush pile so current events don\u2019t ignite such a huge reaction.\u00a0 We become able to respond in new and more loving and empowered ways to what comes up.<\/p>\n
This empowerment is essential and such a relief.\u00a0 We begin to meet circumstances from a place of inner strength, centered in love and compassion and respond in ways that are helpful to ourselves and others. We begin to trust ourselves and because of that we can trust life.\u00a0 We find we hold within us the wisdom and presence of our Higher Selves. \u00a0We know we are going to succeed in what is necessary now and, in the future, through all the good things and through those which are very difficult.\u00a0 We will play our role as needed for the greater good of all.<\/p>\n
As a healer, I look into the past seeking the biggest brush pile of old trauma I can find for a person, or our world.\u00a0 Then go back to just prior to the issue that built up all that trauma and reactivity. I work there to empower the person back then, in preparation for traumatic events and reactions to come.\u00a0 We move forward into the events to release trauma and teach empowered responses.\u00a0 From that point forward, using some powerful tools, we burn off the brush piles and the hurt reactions as they unfold across a person\u2019s life; healing the layers upon layers of hurt, anger, reactivity and fear.\u00a0 You can do this too using some effective tools.\u00a0 One of them I have taught many times in these posts and one which my grads know, and which is available on MP3 through my online store for a very modest fee.\u00a0 You can also meet with me for healing treatments if you want support in this process!<\/p>\n
It’s very important that we not retraumatize ourselves when we work to heal past events.\u00a0 We don\u2019t want to attach to those circumstances and amplify the emotional and mental baggage.\u00a0 The tools I teach avoid that as much as possible.\u00a0 They teach you to be your own healer and mentor for the less mature places within your past experiences.\u00a0 To do this you approach circumstances as gifts for your learning and avoid falling into the trap of victim feelings.\u00a0 They may be there, but they don\u2019t serve us, and they aren\u2019t true.\u00a0 All experiences are contracted for our learning and growth.\u00a0 I\u2019m speaking from 36 years of healing experience, but also as someone who could easily be called a victim many times in my past.\u00a0 I don\u2019t feel that way or see myself that way.\u00a0 I know I\u2019m stronger and better able to do the work I have chosen to do because my Higher Self chose those experiences for my growth.\u00a0 I believe this about you also.<\/p>\n
Another aspect of forgiveness is self-forgiveness for hurting ourselves or others.\u00a0 These tools work equally well for that too.\u00a0 I believe we are sometimes contracted to play the bad guy in someone’s life, and that all of us need self-forgiveness for something.\u00a0 I believe there is a purpose for all of it, for our own and for others growth. We all deserve to be forgiven as well as to forgive.<\/p>\n
Having used these tools effectively the past brush fires are burnt up and their effects in someone\u2019s life or in our world are likewise cleared.\u00a0 Then we are in position to enter a new experience.\u00a0 We find it so much easier to enter a deeper level of the new world and co-create a better life for ourselves and others.<\/p>\n
This transformational release of past hurts and traumas is a powerful act of forgiveness.\u00a0 Forgiveness is letting go and starting fresh.\u00a0 But doing that as a mental concept or an emotional desire, while valuable, rarely gives the freedom from the built-up traumas and subsequent reactivity to the degree needed.\u00a0 It is a beginning but may not be enough.\u00a0 Below are some potent tools for you to explore!<\/p>\n
1 \u2013 Working with your Angel Self<\/strong> \u2013 On July 1, 2021<\/strong>, I wrote a post called An Angel for Everything<\/strong> teaching how to access this part of your soul which is a state of perfect innocence and unconditional love.\u00a0 Your angel self, once received and integrated, gives you the ability to vent built up emotional and mental stress and transform it into unconditional love.\u00a0 Find that post when you type the date or name in a search box on this site.\u00a0 Most people find this tool easy to use when I walk them through the process in class or healings.\u00a0 So, if you have difficulty accessing your angel and venting, we could work with it in a personal healing treatment.<\/p>\n 2 \u2013Safe and Effective Mini Self-Healing MP3 called –<\/strong> Rage Work.\u00a0 <\/strong>Find this amazing tool in my website store (See Resources below this post).\u00a0 Rage work was given to me when I began remembering and dealing with some significant childhood traumas of my own.\u00a0 It is an amazing tool for forgiveness, helping you to embrace with acceptance your own lower reactions and releasing them safely to transform into unconditional love.\u00a0 Then it guides you through receiving love into the places where negativity used to be.\u00a0 This tool clears all toxic states, not just rage.\u00a0 Sadness, grief, fear, disempowerment and other feelings and attitudes that weaken us can be expressed as anger in this safe use of imagination protected by angels so neither you nor anyone else will be hurt.\u00a0 In this way we leave victimhood behind and step into wholeness and a new sense of strength and confidence.\u00a0 We begin to respond to life in new ways.<\/p>\n The challenge of Rage Work is that you need to work from your heart and body while deeply grounded and not primarily through your mind and third eye.\u00a0 So, follow the directions as taught in the recording to learn to do that.\u00a0 When you use too much head and third eye you may feel pressure, headache or even a bit of nausea.\u00a0 These are indications you are doing it wrong.\u00a0 Start over with the grounding and follow the instructions for keeping heart open and working through lower chakras.\u00a0 Alternately schedule a healing treatment and we can do this together.<\/p>\n Raging without strong spiritual boundaries and transformational systems of unconditional love, like those I use in this recording can backfire on you.\u00a0 It can connect you with those you were hurt by and intensify the emotional reactions you have.\u00a0 It may also trigger more psychic negativity from them and within your relationships or attract other angry people.\u00a0 Working safely as I teach, both you and those who hurt you will feel the relief as you safely let go of trauma.<\/p>\n When working with emotional and mental release and transformation through either of these tools, you can use your memory and imagination to return to places in your past where you have built up a big brush pile of old hurts that need to transform.\u00a0 Begin prior to that experience and meet younger self there with love.\u00a0 Invite that part of you to be empowered and to heal the events which will come up at that time of your life.\u00a0 Introduce them to your Angel Self and you can include power animals if you have them.\u00a0 If you want power Resources<\/strong> for Self-Healing Mini Classes below this post.<\/p>\n Once the toxic energies have released, you can move forward through your life history to also release places where those older blocks subsequently limited your healthy response to other events.\u00a0 Allow everything to shift to a new and better place \u2013 better than if you had never gotten stuck because you now have learned much and grown stronger than you would have been without those events that hurt or traumatized you.<\/p>\n You don\u2019t need to go deeply into events to release them.\u00a0 You just need to touch the parts of you which are stuck and empower them to release the toxic reactions and come into wholeness, empowerment and love.<\/p>\n When we as individuals forgive and heal in this way, it helps to clear the blocks within our families, soul groups and our world.\u00a0 This paves the way for our world to stop generating the same old negativity and events over and over.\u00a0 Then people will rise in vibration to find their Higher Self can guide them into the new world experience of wisdom and unconditional love.\u00a0 They can begin to co-create the new world experience with Higher Self and essence of truth of God.<\/p>\n When you look at the chaos in our world and wonder \u201cWhat is really going on here!\u201d\u00a0 You may feel deeply distressed by it all.\u00a0 Current events are echoes of old traumas acting out in the present, creating messes for our future.\u00a0 My work, and yours if you accept it is to release the emotional and mental buildup of trauma in the past, freeing people to rise vibrationally so their Higher Self can begin to co-create a better reality through them.\u00a0 We can\u2019t fight the reactivity by approaching it in the present because it is so stuck in all the old baggage.\u00a0 But we can clear it in the past, which heals us all to respond with higher intelligence and love in the present and future.\u00a0 I thank you for your
