The old world has been an eternity of challenges, hurts and discomforts along with uncountable wonderful experiences and so much beauty.\u00a0 I am grateful for all of it and all we\u2019ve gained.<\/p>\n
To enter the new world we get to release the emotional and mental PTSD from the old experiences that have paralyzed people in many ways, leaving them fearful, anxious, worried, defensive, angry or greedy.\u00a0 This paralyzed state has held people stuck in the old world and unable to ascend.\u00a0 My work this week has been strongly involved in releasing those blocks helping set people and pets free to heal and ascend.<\/p>\n
Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) was a primary tool for creating the needed evolutionary experiences of separation and individuation.\u00a0 Reactions to hurt, shame, and trauma so effectively became sticky blocks that have pulled us back repeatedly to memories that then re-traumatized us. \u00a0A wonderful impact of the new world energies is the easier release of those things.\u00a0 The energy of unconditional love, forgiveness and compassion which are lifting us into the new world vibrations increasingly are helping to dissolve those paralyzed, stuck energies.<\/p>\n
The time is ripe for this healing, and because of that there has been a lot of emotional buttons being pushed for people.\u00a0 We have a choice here\u2026 we can let difficult emotions and thoughts tug us back into our old world experience.\u00a0 Or we can use our current feelings and negative thoughts as opportunities for healing and transforming the present and past so we can more easily ascend into the new world.<\/p>\n
Any toxic emotions, thoughts or traumas connect us to all other unresolved events and memories across this and all lifetimes.\u00a0 The weight of all that baggage connecting to our present circumstances is why we may find ourselves overreacting emotionally and mentally when old buttons get pushed.\u00a0 But these same connections can be handles for letting it all heal and ascend.<\/p>\n
My World Ascension Worker Team and Thursday’s Monthlies Class have been working this process along with me for people and life forms across all lifetimes and worlds.\u00a0 Clearing old emotions, beliefs and the blocks associated with them lightens the load and diminishes the reactivity to present events.\u00a0 This will allow us to have more flexible, open minds and hearts and be able to trust ourselves and the journey of ascension more easily.\u00a0 There is a sweetness and lightness emerging out of the stress that has been calling us to do this work.<\/p>\n
Most important for you is to remember that any toxic old-world feelings and thoughts in your experience are not your fault \u2013 they are your job.\u00a0 They are coming up to ask for your help because you are each in your own way leaders of world healing and ascension.\u00a0 Remembering this can help you address these opportunities effectively and enjoy a new world lightness, trust, calm and ease.\u00a0 But know that there are many \u2013 many layers of this work to do.\u00a0 So, when things come up again — probably in a new way but still the same old stuff, stuck to the same old stuff \u2013 you are on the job to help.\u00a0 This is our work together my friends.\u00a0 No one is to blame because it has been a necessary part of the old world to have these experiences.\u00a0 Everyone has been nasty, kind, hurtful, hurt, whatever!\u00a0 That was the old-world drama.\u00a0 The new world is unconditional love, and we enter it by forgiveness of all that has gone before.\u00a0 Even if these things are still going on around us, they are just an old recording running down until it dies.\u00a0 Step into your true self and let it go.<\/p>\n
The process of healing PTSD is foundational to my healing work over the past 36 years, so I have loads of tools for this journey.\u00a0 I have learned over time to use these same tools on a larger scale so instead of one painful incident, I now treat an eternity of them!\u00a0 These tools are available for you to use in their basic forms as well.\u00a0 Here are some I can suggest which help you to powerfully release stuck emotional and mental energies and step into your true self with more self-love and wholeness:<\/p>\n
