A lot of people have been feeling very emotional over the past week.\u00a0\u00a0Some of it was stimulated by the full moon\u00a0but most\u00a0of it was ascension related.\u00a0 When people feel emotionally intense they usually try to get rid of the bad feelings by pushing them down and rising above them.\u00a0 This only delays the emotional healing and integration of these energies and causes a toxic buildup which will rise again with more force\u00a0later on.<\/p>\n
I suggest that you welcome God right into the feelings, whatever they are.\u00a0 Unhappy feelings are always in need\u00a0of a greater connection to God.\u00a0\u00a0Working with them helps\u00a0us to bring God into the depths of our unconscious so those parts of us can ascend into harmony.<\/p>\n
pen your heart to your feelings and ask God to come right into the places within you that feel emotionally out of sorts.\u00a0 Ask God to surround all the unhappy\u00a0energy in\u00a0unconditional love (point to where you feel it in your body or your aura if you can to help anchor God there).\u00a0 When you feel things begin to lift open your heart to the love that is working with you.\u00a0 Gradually things will clear and you’ll begin to integrate love and healing into your emotional self so it can ascend more into harmony with your divine truth.\u00a0 You’ll get a greater clarity over time\u00a0on what else you need to do about these things, if anything.<\/p>\n
