{"id":3063,"date":"2022-06-16T16:12:06","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T20:12:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=3063"},"modified":"2022-06-16T16:17:37","modified_gmt":"2022-06-16T20:17:37","slug":"higher-self-lives-here","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=3063","title":{"rendered":"Higher Self Lives Here"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The strength of the new world has grown immeasurably this spring, allowing old world stuff to clear with an ease never before experienced.\u00a0 It\u2019s like what used to require a giant crane to clear, now just needs a baby finger!<\/p>\n<p>We have turned a corner in the journey of ascension.\u00a0 Instead of focusing on clearing old world blocks we can simply integrate our Higher Self more fully which causes the blocks to move out of our field of experience.\u00a0 So, when you need to clear something, practice focusing on the presence of your Higher Self which brings you into the new world so the old can clear instead of struggling with the discomfort of the block.<\/p>\n<p>Here is an easy way to do that, which wouldn\u2019t have worked for most people a couple of months ago!\u00a0 Where you feel discomfort or negative experiences of body, emotion, mind, soul, or spirit, try using the following statement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>My Higher Self lives here<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Claim this truth with an open heart until you feel comfortable and stronger.<\/li>\n<li>You can focus the statement right where the discomfort is if you want, and it claims that place causing the old stuff to move out &#8212; not because you push it out, but because your truth is growing into the space it used to occupy.\n<ul>\n<li>If you push, you engage the block and keep it. Instead claim your Higher Self in that space and the block will leave when it has finished its work for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This helps because unity with Higher Self is the new world state.\u00a0 Doing this lifts you from the old, centers you within the new and the old world ceases to exist. So simple!\u00a0 I like the way it works for physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual issues.\u00a0 It\u2019s like a universal medicine to cure old world ills!<\/p>\n<p>All old-world contracts were updated as of this spring. \u00a0Now they can only affect us if we need their help to grow stronger.\u00a0 When we no longer need them because we are holding our unity with Higher Self, they will get out of the way so we can enter our new world experience.\u00a0 For my Healer Grads that I\u2019ve trained to work with contracts, there\u2019s not much needed along those lines now.\u00a0 It is mostly owning the new world unity that will resolve our issues.<\/p>\n<p>If you have things to learn yet from old-world blocks, you may need to meditate on what is required of you and how to do that.\u00a0 Usually, it will be fairly simple; then you will be able to let the blocks go as you enter the new world more fully.\u00a0 The statement I gave in the above exercise will help you more after that learning is finished.\u00a0 But using the statement will help speed and smooth your experience of \u00a0completing the lessons and receiving the gifts from working through your blocks.<\/p>\n<p>Temporarily sometimes, old anxieties may feel contrastingly intense as your new world self grows stronger, so don\u2019t be startled by that. \u00a0Keep focusing on owning the presence of your Higher Self which is filled with compassion for you and for everyone. \u00a0That will help the anxiety to clear as you enter the new world peace.<\/p>\n<p>Strangely, what is most challenging at this time is learning to stay with the ease and comfort of the new world experience.\u00a0 It is so light, beautiful, and relaxing that it\u2019s very unfamiliar!\u00a0 Old-world habits of fear and stress need to be treated with compassion as we choose to claim that our Higher Self lives here.\u00a0 We are learning to wean ourselves from those responses to life.
