{"id":3050,"date":"2022-06-02T13:49:48","date_gmt":"2022-06-02T17:49:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=3050"},"modified":"2022-06-02T13:57:13","modified_gmt":"2022-06-02T17:57:13","slug":"new-world-identity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=3050","title":{"rendered":"New World Identity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The biggest barrier to the new world experience is the old-world identity.\u00a0 It blinds us to the new world which is already present and available to our experience.\u00a0 It\u2019s time to embrace our new world identities and receive the benefits of that!<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m excited to be on this adventure of transformation with you my ascending friends!\u00a0 I appreciate that when I make suggestions to you, many of you utilize them.\u00a0 I feel the strength of our pulling together so we can all shift more easily.\u00a0 This particular shift is a sticky one for people.\u00a0 Let\u2019s work together to get it unstuck!<\/p>\n<p>I invite you to begin your day in the following way:<\/p>\n<p>1 \u2013 As you begin to wake up, give yourself an inner hug all through your body.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find your heart chakra in the middle of your chest and let the love of your true self flow through it to hug every part of you<\/li>\n<li>Invite each body part to be in the new world<\/li>\n<li>This is a good minimum! But if you would like more try step 2 as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2 \u2013 Utilize the New World and Transitional Nurseries<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you don\u2019t already know these, you can learn them on this blog site\n<ul>\n<li>Type 3 Most Important Things into any search box on this site and it will pull up 3 videos and the blog posts that explain them. #3 teaches you to access these nurseries which help you to enter and stay strongly in your new world experience.\u00a0 They also help the parts of you transitioning out of old-world blocks to do so more easily and safely.\n<ul>\n<li>The nurseries are part of the new world designed to help during our transition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Many of my students and grads use the nurseries and other tools to bring themselves into their power and their new world focus.\u00a0 They find that as sensitive, empathic beings with a healing inclination they can\u2019t handle the stress of the world without first creating a clear, spiritual focus by unifying themselves in wholeness for their day.\u00a0 Most of you reading this post will fall into the same category.\u00a0 You are natural intuitive empaths and need to care for yourself, so you thrive during this challenging time. The video series teaches a simple set of tools for this and #3 adds the nurseries and incorporates the tools from the first two videos into a short meditation for you to use.\u00a0 You can just add the nurseries to what I suggested in step 1 above.\u00a0 Or you can incorporate the entire set of 3 tools taught in those videos. \u00a0Begin small and build if doing spiritual self-care every morning is new to you.\u00a0 It will prove its worth with practice, I promise you.<\/p>\n<p>Today I was shown how our human souls are carrying so much trauma from our many lives within the old world that we tend to be stressed and hyper-vigilant against what might be coming up next.\u00a0 Even those with a higher spiritual intelligence and faith have some of these symptoms.\u00a0 It takes a deliberate choice and effort to bring ourselves to our new world focus where unity with Higher Self, trust, and wholeness are the experience of life.\u00a0 It is an inner work that each must do for themselves.<\/p>\n<p>As you take these steps for yourself, I am then able to work with the Higher Power to assist all souls to heal, clear and help our whole world ascend.\u00a0 But I can\u2019t do it alone, others have to do their part as well.\u00a0 This is why my blog readers, my Healing &amp; Ascension Monthlies Participants, and my Advanced Healer Students are such a big help.\u00a0 Every time other people focus powerfully and deeply into the new world experience, I get to help all of us to ascend more easily. \u00a0We all have our work and this is mine.
