We are stepping up the game of ascension \u2013 there\u2019s no turning back.\u00a0 Things are moving so rapidly that it is hard even to know how to teach about it.\u00a0 So, I just take it moment by moment, which is where the wisdom to act exists\u2026it\u2019s great to be here with you on this journey!<\/p>\n
The work with Body Communication and Inner Child that so many of you took advantage of during my free offerings in recent posts provides an excellent foundation for a new self-concept which it is time for us to embrace.\u00a0 Those tools help you to learn that there is the potential for deep self-awareness within your body and unconscious self.\u00a0 In fact, each organ, muscle, cell and molecule of your body is becoming a conscious focus of you.\u00a0 And as you increasingly recognize that you are an eternal spiritual being — a unique focus of the Oneness of life having a physical experience, you begin owning your true self.<\/p>\n
This new concept of self–what is causing us to step up our ascension game–is about really owning who we are.\u00a0 Not just knowing what is true while still continuing to function as though we are nothing but the old-world limited identities that we have embraced for so long.\u00a0 Rather we are being called to let that old identity go and be our eternal spiritual selves incarnate.\u00a0 Not just as a concept, but fully experiencing that in our minds, hearts, bellies, emotions, will power, and the very organs, muscles and cells of our bodies.<\/p>\n
It is hard to describe this shift and the experience of it because it is so new.\u00a0 I think for most of us our bodies were previously perceived more as fleshly machines, carrying us through our lives and sometimes breaking down.\u00a0 We didn\u2019t really give our organs, cells, and molecules credit for being conscious or having feelings.\u00a0 If we thought of them as having needs, it was to feed them and exercise them just so they would keep going as long as possible.\u00a0 But in our new world bodies, everything is awake, alive and a uniquely conscious part of ourselves; but individual too.\u00a0 We are individual spirits living within a body that holds many individual facets of ourselves.\u00a0 Each part of us has its own identity as a part of the wholeness of who we are.<\/p>\n
Each person, with our individual spirits and souls, are like cells within the body of enlightened new world life.\u00a0 We each have our own particular functions which we express in our own unique ways.\u00a0 And somehow, in doing that we find that we fulfill a unique purpose within the body of life as a whole. \u00a0As each person is to the wholeness of life, that is how our individual cells and body parts are to the wholeness of ourselves.<\/p>\n
Our bodies are busy trying to ascend right now.\u00a0 It is necessary that we help them to do so by freeing them from the \u201cmachine\u201d attitude we have held toward them.\u00a0 We need to begin welcoming their unique intelligence and unity with our Higher Selves and with the One.<\/p>\n
How do we do this, and what does it feel like?\u00a0 That is hard to explain.\u00a0 It feels kind of like an inner hug that is also a group hug.\u00a0 All the little points of intelligence and light that are our organs and cells etc. respond to our love and also acknowledge their unity with each other as parts of our common body. \u00a0There grows a sense of unity and wholeness caused by our common spiritual self and our unique place within the Oneness of all life.\u00a0 There is a warmth in this awareness, a feeling of home, safety, love, compatibility that can grow from this awareness.\u00a0 We are never alone in the new world consciousness \u2013 we live within the community of our body and within the community of enlightened life on new world Earth and within the larger body of the universe.<\/p>\n
As we make this shift, we may notice pain in our bodies in ways we haven\u2019t had to deal with before, or more intensely than usual.\u00a0 These are messages from the body telling us that we need to strengthen our unity with Higher Self and God within that specific body part.\u00a0 The unity needed may require some clearing and healing as you are learning to do through the Body Communication and Inner Child Work.\u00a0 My students and grads will also have many other tools to help with that process.\u00a0 It\u2019s important at this time to treat all physical discomfort as a message requiring us to ascend more fully into unity and wholeness.<\/p>\n
Our bodies are going through a major transformation.\u00a0 What has been functioning as a carbon based \u201cmachine\u201d is becoming a crystalline being of light and true conscious purpose.\u00a0 If we treat our physical pains and problems as carbon-based disease processes, then we are holding ourselves within the old world experience.\u00a0 Okay, you may need to see a doctor, take a pill or an herb, exercise or whatever.\u00a0 However, don\u2019t limit yourself to that.\u00a0 Recognize that those things are just buying time while your body awakens to this new reality which is being born now on Earth.\u00a0 It is not a choice, it is happening.\u00a0 However, choosing to participate consciously in that makes it a whole lot easier.\u00a0 Otherwise, the body will simply fall apart to ascend, or you may have to incarnate again to get your new world body.\u00a0 That\u2019s fine too, but I think this conscious ascending while in our bodies is very exciting and fun.\u00a0 It isn\u2019t any more uncomfortable than the alternative, in fact it is probably a whole lot more comfortable for the most part.\u00a0 But both ways have their challenges.<\/p>\n
I wouldn\u2019t be surprised if today\u2019s discussion seems rather strange to many of you.\u00a0 But on the other hand, I believe that for you, my readers, it will also feel both liberating and true.\u00a0 I invite you to meditate on these ideas.\u00a0 If you want to use the Body Communication and Inner Child Work while holding this new self-concept in your hearts, I believe you will find it both eye-opening and revealing of the validity of what I am writing about here. \u00a0Your bodies are amazing and becoming increasingly so each day as they become crystalline in nature \u2013 each cell, organ and system holding true consciousness and light in the world.<\/p>\n
