This tool will teach you to relax deeply into your body.\u00a0 From there you can learn to identify blocks and address them effectively.\u00a0 As we ascend, we are working toward sovereignty, which is the state of being so fully tuned and directed by our own unique Higher Self that we can be called Ascended Masters.\u00a0 This is where the journey of ascension ultimately leads us.\u00a0 This tool and the Inner Child tool which I will offer next week help us to heal and clear stuff we\u2019ve been carrying from other people, old-world blocks and broken parts of us.\u00a0 It will help us to and bring our Higher Selves into those places so they can be healed.<\/p>\n

Much of the baggage we carry in our subconscious selves is not our own.\u00a0 That fairly-recent recognition takes this work to a new level for many who have worked with it in the past.\u00a0 When you find yourself reacting to life in ways that seem too intense, out of character, too fearful or just not what you want to be, be prepared to discover something surprising.\u00a0 While in the meditation, you might ask if what you find that needs healing is your own or from someone else.\u00a0 You may find stuff from your mom, dad, siblings, old lovers, friends, enemies \u2013 who knows!\u00a0 But with this tool you will be able to empower the truth of yourself and let go of what is not true of you from whichever source.\u00a0 Also, you can let go of parts of your own soul that are too broken to heal while incarnated in this lifetime.\u00a0 They will be released to that place where the largest part of you is always pure spirit, to be healed there.\u00a0 Then parts of your larger soul, which have been waiting to incarnate into this lifetime can do so.\u00a0 This exercise will help you learn to relax and be filled increasingly with love and with your true self.<\/p>\n

Next week if all goes as planned, I will offer Inner Child Work free.\u00a0 That tool will help you work more deeply with your inner children.\u00a0 Those that heal will integrate into your adult self, bring with them their unique gifts, strength and greater wholeness.<\/p>\n

Inner Children may be found during Body Communication or Inner Child Work.\u00a0 They are also called Soul Parts.\u00a0 These are a healthy response to unresolvable or intolerable conflicts. \u00a0They can occur at any time of your life, young or old.\u00a0 A part of your soul will respond to those types of situations by fragmenting off.\u00a0 They take the trauma and disappear into the unconscious so the conscious part of you may continue to function in your life.\u00a0 But when stressors push the buttons of that old trauma, related soul parts may step into control of our mind and emotions.\u00a0 This causes us to behave in ways that are immature and self-defeating because those younger parts of us are still reacting to the past.\u00a0 They haven\u2019t matured along with the rest of us.\u00a0 Inner child work helps us to bring our current maturity level to those old stuck places, and then helps every part of us to become more whole.<\/p>\n

These two tools, Body Communication and Inner Child Work help us to return to wholeness.\u00a0 They help us to release baggage we are carrying from our families, soul groups and other relationships or from microbial diseases.\u00a0 They also help us to recognize, heal and empower or release to spirit to be healed, our own Inner Children.\u00a0 This clearing, healing and empowering, allows our bodies, emotions, minds and souls to become more whole, strong and impermeable, moving us more easily into maturity and the increasing sovereignty of our new world experience.<\/p>\n

When you release soul parts and baggage of your own or other people, you will receive more of your true self that brings strength helps you to move forward into the next stages of your life successfully!\u00a0 We call this soul rotation, and it is a natural occurrence during a lifetime.\u00a0 Increasingly so as we ascend.<\/p>\n
