More Than Ever \u2013 Stay Centered<\/p>\n
Center, ground, breathe into your purest heart\u2026this is how to meet the current wave of change.<\/p>\n
There is a vast clearing taking place.\u00a0 It extends from our genetics and cellular memory up through our astral aura which holds emotions and memories from all lifetimes, through our mind and all the way to our highest spiritual level.\u00a0 Like a dust storm of memories, emotions and beliefs we can feel somewhat overwhelmed by it all.\u00a0 Recognize that the key for success in this transition is to get to a safe place and ride it out. \u00a0Like a big storm this too shall pass.<\/p>\n
The safe place is within you.\u00a0 That is always the first place to seek comfort and security.\u00a0 However, to get there when a \u201cstorm of change\u201d is in progress, we have to get past the clouds of confusing energies that are clearing to the still calm within.\u00a0 I call that calm place Inner Wisdom.\u00a0 It is the seed of our most enlightened self; planted within our hearts and bodies when we are conceived.\u00a0 But it can be found anywhere within \u2013 which is important to know because sometimes our hearts don\u2019t feel clear, and we may need to go deeper into our belly or spine.<\/p>\n
When we ground and center we may come into our Inner Wisdom where our hearts and souls, our bodies, emotions and minds feel comforted and able to be clear.\u00a0 Then we are in a safe place to ride out the storm.\u00a0 Even if you don\u2019t feel clear, if you are grounded and centered you will ride it out more easily.\u00a0 Then when it is past you will feel peaceful, clearer and centered again.<\/p>\n
All change comes in waves which may be big or small, come slowly or rapidly.\u00a0 I live on a lake half of the year and when the winds are changing waves may appear to come from multiple directions at the same time.\u00a0 Or the wind may be coming from one direction down where you walk, and on a higher level of the atmosphere rain clouds may travel a different direction entirely. \u00a0So, you think you will stay dry, because they should be moving away, but actually they are moving toward you! \u00a0This is a good metaphor for life during this phase of ascension. Never assume, stay aware and stay centered.<\/p>\n
The amount of stuff clearing out of our personal selves and in our world at this time can be confusing.\u00a0 It can almost make you feel a little bit crazy.\u00a0 That is because so much of what is clearing is our old broken soul parts from this and other lifetimes.\u00a0 Each broken soul part (or inner child) lives at the moment of trauma where they fractured off from our wholeness.\u00a0 This natural breakage is a healthy response to unresolvable and intolerable difficulties.\u00a0 Those levels of difficulties are what is clearing from our world and ourselves at this time \u2013 all our lifetimes of old problems are being healed and the new world is being built there.\u00a0 It is so exciting to see it happening through the vantage of my work!\u00a0 It is also important to stay centered in our truth so it can move through.<\/p>\n
Because of this deep healing for all life in the old world, broken pieces of soul are moving out of the deep unconscious and through our conscious world to be returned to pure spirit where they can heal. They are taking with them much that has held us stuck in the old world. \u00a0It is important not to grab hold of those emotions, thoughts and beliefs as they move past our awareness, either during our days or in our dreams.\u00a0 We don\u2019t need to re-traumatize ourselves with them or get stuck in the old experiences.\u00a0 Just recognize them as a bit of the old-world insanity being healed.\u00a0 Center in your Inner Wisdom, ground into your tree, welcome your power animals and hold steady as they pass into a better place.<\/p>\n
Those of you who have power animals \u2013 some newly found since my post two weeks ago \u2013 may find them extremely helpful both to hold your center, and also to help broken soul parts heal or clear.\u00a0 You can invite a version of your power animal to go to any broken part of you (recognizable for the emotions of fear, anxiety, loneliness and pain that they bring intensely and out of the blue into your experience). The power animal, if received by them, will help them find the strength to either heal and stay with us or to go home into the light, just as people do when they die and to heal there.\u00a0 Either place is a successful transition.\u00a0 Either way, you will feel more whole and sane once that happens. I will write more about healing broken soul parts, or what I call Inner Child Work soon.\u00a0 Possibly next week unless I am guided to share something else at that time.<\/p>\n
The thing about riding out the storms — or riding the waves of change, is that you don\u2019t know when the storm or the wave will hit.\u00a0 So, staying centered and grounded as much of the time as you can is essential.\u00a0 Daily discipline first thing in the morning to prepare for your day means the difference between living in the darkness of the old-world storm or staying cozy in the new world light.\u00a0 All my tools are designed to help you to stay in that peaceful, safe place within.\u00a0 I hope you find them helpful!<\/p>\n
