The ascension changes that are happening this week are about re-orienting your focus to your core of truth and letting go of the slippery slope of confusion and illusion within\u00a0yourself and your life.\u00a0 The old world is mostly illusion and it has been very confusing trying\u00a0to find the truth within ourselves and live from that\u00a0truth and equally confusing to discern the truth in the world around us.\u00a0 The exercise below will help you to do that:<\/p>\n

Breathing into your body, give yourself a big hug inside and step back into yourself until you feel like you are as far behind your spine as in front of it.\u00a0 This puts you in the middle of your aura.<\/p>\n

From that place breath into your heart chakra until you find the center of inner peace and balance which I call your inner wisdom.\u00a0 This is the part of you that just knows things without a conscious reason why you know.\u00a0 It is a core center of truth within your body\/soul.\u00a0 Allow the light of your inner wisdom to fill your body and your aura.<\/p>\n

Learn to\u00a0from this center rather than\u00a0letting your head or\u00a0 your emotions direct and focus your life and choices. \u00a0Let the inner wisdom be in the drivers seat.\u00a0 From this place you will be able to sense what is true for you and what is not.\u00a0 Bring to this center all your questions and the input of your physical and psychic senses.\u00a0 Let them percolate within you and soon you will find a clarity about how to respond to the choices of your life.\u00a0 If you don’t feel clear, then your options are to wait for clarity or to move ahead with caution, watching out\u00a0for deception or for\u00a0affirmation of the rightness or incorrectness of the\u00a0choice you made.\u00a0 You may always change direction if it isn’t right and you are alert enough to catch it.<\/p>\n
