Now is the time to own the new world within ourselves as a way to be at peace and whole.\u00a0 Our world and our lives are in a state of constant change and whether positive or negative, change can be stressful.\u00a0 Big waves, little waves, so many waves of change are lapping and breaking around us all the time.\u00a0 To find peace in our lives we must find it within the core of our own selves and grow it strong enough to hold us steady in the new world experience.<\/p>\n
As I respond to these waves by going deeper into my own core, it has brought me much needed strength.\u00a0 I have also gotten more in touch with my own reactivity to life.\u00a0 I realized that as many spiritual people do, I had been rising above my reactions to maintain clarity and spiritual perspective on life.\u00a0 But that stance is top heavy and won\u2019t hold up to all these waves.\u00a0 It is easily washed away compared to the deeper centering I am learning.\u00a0 To hold peace at the core of myself, I not only have to release my old coping mechanism of living more in spirit and less in earth, but I also have to master the more instinctual and earthy reactions to life that I have previously avoided by rising above that deeper focus of myself.<\/p>\n
Working to master those earthier reactions, I\u2019ve learned to go even deeper yet.\u00a0 Beneath my layer of reactivity is a calm center of unity, wholeness, and peace.\u00a0 I call that part of me my Inner Wisdom and have learned that it is a piece of my Higher Self — which in turn is much larger. \u00a0Higher Self is that focus of spirit I have previously lifted out of my body to stay in touch with.\u00a0 Inner Wisdom is present everywhere within my body, maintaining my unity with Higher Self, which is in unity with the One that I call Essence of Truth of God.\u00a0 Centering on my Inner Wisdom, I am in unity with all that is true of me and of life.<\/p>\n
I have been teaching about Inner Wisdom for almost 30 years, guiding people to find it within their heart chakra, where I first discovered it. (See Free Tools<\/strong> in Resources<\/strong> below, for Eve\u2019s 3 Most Important Things Videos to learn more about using Inner Wisdom)<\/em> However, as I work to hold steady within all this change, I need to access Inner Wisdom even deeper within my body and soul than my heart chakra, and I will explain how I am doing that in the next paragraph.\u00a0 I am loving building this deeper relationship with it.<\/p>\n I recently began working with a meditation tool that I call the hub of my wheel of life.\u00a0 I taught about that in this blog site on May 20, 2021, in the post called The Hub of Your Wheel of Life<\/em>.\u00a0 Feel free to review that for a better foundation for today\u2019s post if you\u2019d like.\u00a0 Today I plan to deepen the understanding of that tool and hopefully make it more helpful for you in your life.\u00a0 It\u2019s more than a visualization, it is a way of holding ourselves at center in the safe still core where we can be in wholeness without being beat up by the waves of change in our lives.\u00a0 It is a way of centering that assists us in co-creating life with our Higher Selves and the One.<\/p>\n This tool combines easily with all my other tools, since they are each a system to access and strengthen the personal soul muscles we need to achieve unity with Higher Self while within our bodies.\u00a0 They help generate a beautiful substance called Holy Spirit or The Force of Unity which allows us to co-create the new world experience with our Higher Selves and the One.\u00a0 This is the raw material that life is made of and allows unconditionally loving spirit to act within our bodies and our world.<\/p>\n Since you already know or can read about the hub of your wheel of life by reading the post on May 20 on this site, I can now elaborate on how it works in more detail than I did at that time. \u00a0I have found that sometimes what seems simple and evident to me because I received it in its wholeness direct from my Higher Self rather than through words, is harder to impart as thoroughly through writing. \u00a0I recognize this is the case when people ask me questions about it in private healings or by email. \u00a0So, pardon me if I repeat myself here to go more deeply into its use.<\/p>\n The wheel of life is a sphere, not a flat wheel.\u00a0 This allows it to encompass your entire auric energy field and to move in any direction life needs you to go.\u00a0 The hub of the wheel is also a sphere about the size of your hand.\u00a0 The spokes go out from that hub in every direction to the rim of the wheel.\u00a0 The spokes represent two things: 1 \u2013 The space between your hub and the rim.\u00a0 This is the field of your aura which surrounds you. \u00a0When centered within this space it keeps you from riding the outside of your experience, up and down, and getting beat up by life as it rolls over you when things go downward before they go up again.\u00a0 The spokes help you to stay at the hub but still be connected to everything going on in the world around.\u00a0 2 \u2013 The spokes represent the flow of love, support, information, and opportunity coming and going from the rim to your core and from your core to the rim.\u00a0 It is how you relate to everything else while staying in your own center. \u00a0Or as I like to say it is like driving in your own lane on the highway of life \u2013 not all over the road where it isn\u2019t safe to be, getting into other people\u2019s business and losing your center and balance in life, perhaps getting into a traffic accident!\u00a0 Much safer to drive in your own lane.<\/p>\n It helps to start your day centering on your hub and within the perimeter of your wheel.\u00a0 I find my wheel of life is most balanced when I focus its hub at my waist.\u00a0 So, centering in the middle of my waist, I invite my Inner Wisdom to bring to focus a spherical center there about the size of my hand to create the hub of my wheel.\u00a0 I open my heart to my Inner Wisdom as I enter the hub as a balanced focus of myself. \u00a0I imagine and feel myself staying centered on that hub with spokes going out to my rim of my aura \u2013 about an arm\u2019s length from my body in every direction.\u00a0 And the wheel rim is the perimeter of my personal aura, which ideally is that distance from my body.\u00a0 Sometimes people get out of their bodies and live in front of their body or above which is like running your computer without having it plugged in, the battery runs down.\u00a0 Or they expand out too far into other people\u2019s space, like getting into the wrong \u201clanes on the highway of life\u201d.\u00a0 This causes the aura to be stretched too thin and become vulnerable. Then people feel beat up by life and too sensitive to other people\u2019s energies. It also tends to piss other people off when you drive in their lane! (Please excuse my French<\/em>!) So, as you focus your wheel, it helps to sense around your whole body and to the rim in every direction.\u00a0 Adjust your orientation, so you are keeping your aura oriented to your body and surrounding it an arm\u2019s length in every direction to the rim.\u00a0 This creates enough distance in every direction between your hub and the rim for optimal protection. \u00a0It also keeps your energy field generating, like a computer plugged in to an outlet.\u00a0 You will be generating the Holy Spirit also called the Force of Unity which allows your Higher Self and the One to be present in the world through you.\u00a0 Then you can co-create your new world experience.\u00a0 The nice strong spokes of your wheel help you to hold the optimal distance between hub and rim in every direction; holding clear boundaries, or staying in your lane.<\/p>\n Don\u2019t worry about your aura not being perfectly round.\u00a0 Just maintain the arm\u2019s length in every direction and let it roll!\u00a0 This is not a literal thing, it is a spiritual thing, and therefore can be more flexible.<\/p>\n I then invite my power animals and angels to be present within my aura (the space between hub and rim) and also at rim to help me be strong in myself and hold those boundaries in all directions.\u00a0 I let my power animals mark the boundaries of my aura to let everyone else know that this is my energy field, and I am not giving my power away today \u2013 not even if you ask nicely!\u00a0 From my strong and peaceful core, I do have more unconditional love to share though and my connections with others remain clean and comfortable for both of us. \u00a0Find more about Power Animals in the Mini Self-Healing Classes on my website store www.spiritualhealers.com\/all\/<\/a><\/p>\n Going through my life this way, I have a core of true self that helps me to stay centered, peaceful and safe.\u00a0 Life will still be bumpy, and like any wheeled vehicle, I still feel the bumps.\u00a0 However, it is much more comfortable being inside the wheel, rather than riding the rim and experiencing those bumps from the outside of the wheel where I feel run over by life!<\/p>\n Dear Friends, I hope you enjoy learning to stay centered in a peaceful core of yourself regardless of the waves of change.\u00a0 I believe it will reward you well.<\/p>\n Blessings and Love, Eve<\/p>\n Resources for the Journey of Ascension:<\/strong><\/p>\n Now is the time to own the new world within ourselves as a way to be at peace and whole.\u00a0 Our world and our lives are in a state of constant change and whether positive or negative, change can be … Continue reading \n
