{"id":2809,"date":"2021-07-15T17:45:52","date_gmt":"2021-07-15T21:45:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=2809"},"modified":"2023-07-02T22:57:53","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T02:57:53","slug":"changing-channels","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=2809","title":{"rendered":"Changing Channels"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The new world is already stronger than the old world and our current job is to learn to live there!\u00a0 You might describe this as breaking an old set of habits that don\u2019t serve us and embracing a healthier lifestyle!<\/p>\n<p>Another way to describe this shift is as changing channels.\u00a0 Like television channels, the old world and new world both exist as potentials for the viewing screen of our lives.\u00a0 The old channel is full of false advertising, fearful and judgmental attitudes and pressure to conform to social expectations.\u00a0 But the new world channel responds to our needs in the moment, and in co-creation with God it reveals new blessings each time we tune in.\u00a0 But like computer systems where we have set a default preference, when we step away from the new world focus, we automatically reboot the old settings.\u00a0 Now is a time of growing our new world focus muscles so we can reset own the gifts of healing, transformation, unity and wholeness newly available to us.<\/p>\n<p>A simple and very pleasant tool I created for Healing &amp; Ascension Monthlies Classes helps us to center and relax into the new world experience.\u00a0 It builds spiritual substance that helps us to co-create with God and it is deeply healing and soothing.\u00a0 It is a chant that can be done aloud or silently within the heart and soul.\u00a0 Either way it works.<\/p>\n<p>Chant to Live in the New World:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The word to chant is &#8212; Home\n<ol>\n<li>Home is where we are in unity with our eternal spiritual essence of truth. That is also called our Higher Self and unity with that is how we enter the new world experience<\/li>\n<li>So when chanting home, we are owning that unity, and welcoming two things:\n<ul>\n<li>For our higher self to be home within us<\/li>\n<li>And for our human self to be at home within our higher self<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You can chant it on a single comfortable tone\n<ol>\n<li>Or make it a song, as simple or complex as pleases your heart<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>It is important that you chant from an open heart and from within your body, not from up in your head. You should feel it resonate within every part of you.<\/li>\n<li>Once you get the hang of that for yourself, you can work it a bit if you want. Try any of the following:\n<ol>\n<li>Move the focus of your chant around your body, feeling it awakening unity and peace wherever it is needed in the places within you that are a bit stuck or need strength<\/li>\n<li>Focus backward as though you are chanting out of the back of your heart and the back of your pelvis simultaneously and project the tone through the entire back of your aura. This helps awaken the back of our energy field, which otherwise is inclined to stay stuck in the old.\u00a0 It helps it to release the old and enter the new world<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>This is a nice daily chant to use anytime you feel a desire for more light, love, peace and wholeness. It can be done as a sitting meditation, walking meditation or while you are doing anything else as long as you are comfortable doing both things at once. \u00a0And as I said, you can do it aloud or silently, it works both ways.<\/li>\n<li>This chant will help you live in your \u201cnew world channel of life\u201d, building the new world habit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enjoy your week my friends!
