A joyful Summer Solstice to you, my friends!\u00a0 Sunday we officially enter summer and the new world energies are entering our world more strongly than ever before.\u00a0 As I receive these energies it feels like the summer breezes are saying \u201cwelcome home\u201d. \u00a0They are inviting us to step into the unconditional love of our new world experience where we are light as a butterfly and strong as a tree.<\/p>\n

This morning my Yogi Relaxed Mind teabag gave me a new Yogi quote that summarized what I have consistently been teaching through my work.\u00a0 It did it in a single sentence, small enough to fit on the tab of a teabag.\u00a0 I was truly impressed and just have to share it with you:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe purpose of Life is to know yourself, love yourself, trust yourself, and be yourself\u201d<\/p>\n

And my message for you today is also short and sweet (for me ?)<\/p>\n

To maximize your pleasure and success during this season\u2019s beautiful weather and powerful ascension I recommend you use this as a mantra-type meditation to center yourself throughout your day and remind you of your core of truth:<\/p>\n

Light as a butterfly<\/strong><\/p>\n

Strong as a tree<\/strong><\/p>\n

Centered on the hub of my wheel of life<\/strong><\/p>\n

What more can I say?\u00a0 While you enjoy your summer remember to receive the unconditional love that is as present as the air you breathe.\u00a0 I love you and honor your gifts to our world.<\/p>\n
