Nature is ahead of our calendars this year.\u00a0 Though it is 17 days until Solstice we are feeling spiritual shifts that come with summer now.\u00a0 It\u2019s a lovely time to receive the gifts and beauty of the season.<\/p>\n

As the great spiritual philosopher Rudolf Steiner pointed out, summer is the time when all earthly souls expand.\u00a0 Life calls us out of our limited human will and ego, into a state of greater unity with higher spiritual energies within the cosmos.\u00a0 You can see this in the way that nature reaches for the light.\u00a0 Our souls do the same when the sun is strongest on Earth.\u00a0 Through this expansion we receive spirit seeds that guide us to the fulfillment of our purpose in this lifetime.<\/p>\n

Our opportunity is to integrate that increased spiritual connection into our physical bodies, emotions and minds. \u00a0To anchor it into the world so we grow with this season a greater wholeness that can only come through joining spirit and earth. \u00a0It\u2019s easy to become ungrounded and spacy while enjoying the release from limitation that the season brings.\u00a0 Luckily, this nice weather makes us want to do physical things outside\u2026walk, garden, kayak or whatever we enjoy. \u00a0An open heart is essential for creating this unity, so getting outside and out of your head helps a lot!<\/p>\n

To help you create and hold this unity anytime, but especially when you feel yourself becoming spacy in the heat of a summer day or night, you can use the metaphorical tools of \u201cBeing a Tree\u201d or \u201cRiding the Hub of Your Wheel\u201d.\u00a0 When you do, you will experience a potent gift.\u00a0 Through grounding spirit and earth together you will generate a powerful creative substance that makes your body and soul strong.\u00a0 I call this \u201cHoly Spirit\u201d or \u201cForce of Unity\u201d.\u00a0 It is the beautiful spiritual crystalline energy that life is built out of and is generated when spirit and form come together within an incarnate life on Earth.<\/p>\n

Generating that beautiful substance allows Higher Self and Higher Power to co-create reality through our lives.\u00a0 It brings higher intelligence and unconditional love into our bodies and our circumstances; healing, birthing something new, improving our relationships and all aspects of our lives.<\/p>\n

Enjoy your summer my friends!\u00a0 And know you have my gratitude each time you hold unity of spirit and earth within yourselves, and through that generate that beautiful crystalline spiritual substance within our world.\u00a0 When you do, it is like an anchor of the new world for all of us. \u00a0Because unity of spirit and form is a hallmark of the new world, when many of us create the anchor it has a vast impact on our ascension\u2026moving us more smoothly, quickly and easily into that better reality.\u00a0 You will know you are doing it because you will feel more grounded, centered, safe and strong.\u00a0 I know you are doing it because it makes my World Healing & Ascension Work much easier and more potent.\u00a0 It has certainly been that lately! Thank you!\u00a0 I hope next week will be the right time to bring you up to speed on so many deep transformational shifts that have been occurring for people and creatures on our planet.<\/p>\n
