From the dawn of our creation within a state of absolute Oneness, until we arrive ascended in a state of unity and wholeness, lies the journey of the old world.<\/p>\n
In my book Riding the Wave of Change \u2013 Hope, Healing & Spiritual Growth for Our World I explain the evolution and purpose of this journey.\u00a0 It describes how we in our Oneness (often called God, and which I also call the essence of truth) desired to become many. \u00a0Why we created the journey of separation that has led us through the old world and now into the journey of ascension into the new world.\u00a0 It reminds us that we are each unique facets of the One. \u00a0And explains how all our experiences have been tools for building our independent souls; so our spirit has a vehicle to live and act within the created world.<\/p>\n
With this understanding, it becomes clear that every experience, every oppositional relationship and dynamic, every hurt is another facet of God playing a necessary role to help us develop necessary soul muscles so our eternal Higher Self can act within the world.\u00a0 — See Resources<\/em> below this post to get a copy of my book if you need more information about these things.<\/p>\n The journey of the old world is wrapping up, which is why it seems so chaotic here on Earth.\u00a0 Think of a long running play that has finally finished.\u00a0 Stagehands are breaking down the set, costumes and stage makeup are being removed.\u00a0 It\u2019s a busy time with a lack of focus and a lot of dust and debris flying.\u00a0 People feel at loose ends, not sure where we go from here.\u00a0 We have a new role to play, and it is the most valid and real one we have known since the dawn of time.\u00a0 As we remove our old world makeup we are stepping into unity with our Higher Self.\u00a0 And in partnership with the One within all others we will co-create the new world from a place of unconditional love.<\/p>\n Before we can enter that beautiful state fully, we have to heal the wounds we experienced during the journey of the old world.\u00a0 Have you ever found yourself after watching a movie or a play, feeling angry and hurt because you identified with the characters who fought for the good?\u00a0 We are like that now.\u00a0 We have to remind ourselves that it was only a theatrical drama, and a darn good story too!\u00a0 But it is time to enter the real world, and so we have to remember who we really are.\u00a0 And who we really are is a facet of God — an essential piece of that vast wholeness.\u00a0 We created the drama, and now we have a whole new story to tell.<\/p>\n Some of us remember ourselves as angels singing the world into being at the dawn of creation (I tell this part of our story in Riding the Wave and JRR Tolkien wrote about it too in The Silmarillion.) It helps to have these memories as we face the circumstances of the world and all the hurt the world knows.\u00a0 We are being called to compassionate forgiveness for all the suffering from the old world experience now and since the dawn of time.\u00a0 Compassionate forgiveness is an expression of our true self, remembering that we did this for a reason \u2013 every little and big hurt has been designed to build individual souls as bodies for us to live within as individuals in the created universe.\u00a0 And like a theatrical drama, the story has felt eternally long, deep, rich, powerful and real.\u00a0 But it has all been illusion and it is all passing away as we step up to our new reality which is already available to us and increasing in strength daily.<\/p>\n So when you encounter something which hurts you body, heart, mind or soul how can you respond to strengthen the new world experience and untangle the old world chords which hold you stuck in the drama which is over now?\u00a0 A key to this lies within these two phrases which are statements of truth:<\/p>\n 1 – All you are is God, you can\u2019t hurt me, you can only make me stronger.\u00a0 Thank you for being my teacher.<\/p>\n 2 – The essence of truth of God is within me and I am within the essence of truth of God.<\/p>\n Using these phrases, we can call ourselves into unity with our eternal spiritual selves.\u00a0 That allows us to forgive the hurts; not only in the present moment, but for all the times we were hurt.\u00a0 It allows us to have a good open-hearted cry when needed.\u00a0 To grieve all the times we have suffered or caused others to suffer so we can forgive and let it all go.\u00a0 Each of us has been hurt and also played hurtful roles.\u00a0 Whether deliberately or by accident we have been harmed or harmed others.\u00a0 These are roles we and others have been given to help build soul muscles, to individuate and access new potentials we would never have found otherwise.\u00a0 We need to forgive all of it.\u00a0 Every little and big thing so we can be free.<\/p>\n As the old-world stage breaks down further and further, the ability to let go gets easier.\u00a0 This is because the new world is already present and lifting us into greater unity.\u00a0 We may in our minds and hearts still be playing the old-world drama, but it is weakening and has less power to overwhelm us.\u00a0 Because there is so much clearing, it may feel overwhelming. \u00a0But when we take things one moment at a time, remembering who we are and what we are doing, the old dissolves quickly.\u00a0 It makes me think of Alka-Seltzer \u2013 remember those?\u00a0 The stomach aid pills you drop in water that go fizzy and dissolve quickly and settle your tummy.\u00a0 The old-world baggage is ready to dissolve quickly too.\u00a0 But sometimes we just have to feel it \u2013 let it bubble up and dissolve in your cup.\u00a0 With so many negative things coming up in our world right now, our emotions are getting prodded.\u00a0 Take advantage of that to work with the phrases I gave here and to grieve and forgive everything that has hurt us all.\u00a0 That is what these things are coming up to help us to do.\u00a0 Not to drag us down, but to help us to let go and forgive every little thing now and always.<\/p>\n One key to this process is to keep an open heart as you work these steps.\u00a0 The open heart is the transformer.\u00a0 It releases the old and brings in the new.\u00a0 Also, being grounded is important.\u00a0 Read last week\u2019s blog post to remember how to live at the hub of your wheel of life. \u00a0It can be found when you click on the HOME page just below today’s post.\u00a0 From that centered place and with an open heart, you will find your ability to disentangle your emotions, mind and body from the old world drama.\u00a0 This will lift you into the new world unity and from that perspective everything works so much better than before.\u00a0 We aren\u2019t able to stay there all the time yet, because we are part of the crew breaking down the old stage setting.\u00a0 We live between stories for the time being \u2013 but that is our story.\u00a0 And it is a very interesting time to be alive!<\/p>\n Blessings and Love, Eve<\/p>\n Resources for the Journey of Ascension:<\/strong><\/p>\n From the dawn of our creation within a state of absolute Oneness, until we arrive ascended in a state of unity and wholeness, lies the journey of the old world.
