This is the year when most people\u2019s physical bodies have begun to ascend. Not everyone has started yet, but the foundations are being laid to allow all the molecules of our world to ascend step by step into a new kind of physical reality.<\/p>\n
Who you are is an eternal spirit.\u00a0 In the old world experience your body has been like a foreign place for your spirit to live, pulling you into forgetfulness of your true nature.\u00a0 Swamping you with sensations, desires, needs and reactions, it has been an overwhelming experience.\u00a0 Even those of us with strong spiritual inclinations have found it challenging to achieve unity between our spirit and our bodies. \u00a0We have mostly gone back and forth between the two polarized focuses of ourselves. In recent generations, as we have prepared to ascend, some people have been gradually moving in the direction of holding both together.\u00a0 But it has been hard to do with our old-world bodies.<\/p>\n
Our new world bodies are often called \u201clight bodies\u201d.\u00a0 They vibrate on a truly spiritual level, allowing unity between spirit and form to become our new norm.\u00a0 Within that unity, physical health and wholeness will be the result.<\/p>\n
The ascension process is allowing many people to ascend while in our bodies, bringing them with us into the new world. \u00a0Others will leave their bodies behind in death, rather than step directly into the new world. \u00a0Most of those will be reborn into new world bodies in the new world.\u00a0 Some will ascend directly home to unity with the One instead of entering the new world.\u00a0 There are many different options available for this transition.\u00a0 Even those who aren\u2019t ascending their bodies all the way into the new world, are still experiencing physical ascension while they are incarnate because that is the journey on Earth during this era.<\/p>\n
Over the coming months and years, we are going to make huge steps into our new world selves. \u00a0Much of that will occur during sleep to bypass resistance caused by habits of old world mind and emotion.\u00a0 Like children do, we will grow in spurts.\u00a0 We may go to bed in one body and wake up in a new version that is a little more in unity with our eternal spiritual self.\u00a0 It will feel both new and different but appear so much the same as before that we may be unaware of what has changed.\u00a0 Change can be genetic, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, soul\u2026 every part of us will shift in its own way and time. \u00a0This will happen in gradual steps, just like a child growing.<\/p>\n
It helps to pay attention to these things.\u00a0 When you go to bed, speak from your heart to your Inner Wisdom, Higher Self and the Higher Power (as in saying a prayer) and ask that while you sleep you will come into greater unity with your eternal true self.\u00a0 Then when you awaken, notice how you feel.\u00a0 Look in the mirror and into your own eyes and face and meet yourself newly, welcoming your new world self into the day.<\/p>\n
Sometimes the changes can be uncomfortable because things are shifting and clearing.\u00a0 Some parts of us may be temporarily \u201coffline\u201d and we may feel like our energy is low, or just weird.\u00a0 Sometimes we can feel toxic, stiff or like we are fighting something off.\u00a0 When that is the case, be kind and patient with yourself.\u00a0 A bath with 1.5 cups of sea salt, or a foot soak with \u00bc cup of sea salt can pull physical and psychic toxins out of your body and aura and make you feel better (rinse the salt off after so it carries what is being pulled out of your body and aura down the drain).\u00a0 Just a little bit of dark chocolate can boost your energy and focus during these phases because it stimulates your endocrines and your mind.<\/p>\n
Ascending is also a joyful experience!\u00a0 Some days you wake up feeling younger, stronger, more alive, focused and clearer than ever before.\u00a0 Unity with your true self is lifting you up to a new and better reality.\u00a0 You feel connected with everything, and everything has more color, depth and dimension.\u00a0 The world feels friendly and full of beauty and potential.\u00a0 It is good to be alive.\u00a0 This is when you have arrived at a new level of your ascended self and get a period of blessed wholeness that makes the discomfort a dim memory in your past.\u00a0 It reassures you that we really are being reborn!\u00a0 When you look in the mirror, you will look younger than your years.\u00a0 Problems whose contracts were fulfilled are in the past and others will be easier to handle as you stand in this new focus of true reality.<\/p>\n
I had a vision showing me how significant periods of sleep are for these changes, allowing us to make increasingly large shifts into the new world experience.\u00a0 Sometimes when things are building up to a change, you will find yourself dreaming a lot.\u00a0 You may awaken with memories, emotions, attitudes that need to be healed.\u00a0 Rather than stuffing them, open your heart to your Higher Self and The Higher Power asking for healing, clearing, understanding, and forgiveness in those areas. \u00a0These are things coming up to be completed so you can shift into a higher focus of self.\u00a0 Some nights you may find yourself awake, struggling to resolve issues and unable to sleep until you have found unity with Higher Self and entered a state of peace.\u00a0 Then you will be able to sleep, and may find that though the night was short, you feel refreshed because you have lightened your load and stepped up to a new unity and wholeness.\u00a0 But some things may take more time than that to resolve, so be kind and patient with the process in yourself and others.\u00a0 We are all working through this now.<\/p>\n
The work we do within ourselves is not for us alone, but for our families, soul groups and the world.\u00a0 The reason things sometimes feel heavy is because we are pulling for everyone.\u00a0 When you remember that, you can ask the Higher Power to be the big muscle that helps you to do your part, so that it is easier for everyone else.\u00a0 I like the phrase:<\/p>\n
I do my best and let God do the rest<\/em><\/p>\n This statement reminds me that I am not alone in what I am doing, there is help available.\u00a0 We are all lifting together to bring Earth entirely into the new world experience.\u00a0 What is impossible for one of us becomes possible because each of us who are able is doing our part. \u00a0The substance of unconditional love, often called the Holy Spirit, which is the raw material of creation, is generated when we are grounded in our bodies while working in unity with our spiritual Higher Selves.\u00a0 That substance allows the Higher Power to act within the world, bringing the big muscle to move things on the grand scale needed for world healing and ascension.<\/p>\n Enjoy your nights my friends!\u00a0 They are a time of sacred transition into the new world.\u00a0 While part of you is asleep other parts of you are working with angels, ascended masters and the higher intelligence and love of the One.\u00a0 They are bringing you to a new level of HOME.\u00a0 To the memory of your true self \u2013 unique, but also in unity with everyone else.\u00a0 It is an amazing place that we are entering \u2013 the new world!\u00a0 This is a time of hard work, turning the soil of the old world to allow something new to grow\u2026something wonderfully and powerfully beautiful and real.\u00a0 More real than anything we have known in the old-world experience of life.<\/p>\n See Resources<\/em> below for classes, opportunities and tools to support you on your ascension path.<\/p>\n Blessings and Love, Eve<\/p>\n Resources for the Journey of Ascension:<\/strong><\/p>\n This is the year when most people\u2019s physical bodies have begun to ascend.
