Happy Spring Equinox!\u00a0 It\u2019s exciting to begin this new season of growth and good to be here in the world with you my friends during this time of potent change and healing.<\/p>\n
Unconditional love, higher intelligence, trust, forgiveness, healing, empowerment\u2026 These are hallmarks of the journey of ascension.\u00a0 Everyone on Earth is on this journey.\u00a0 It will ultimately open each of us to a perspective on life that brings healing of all suffering within every individual life and all of history.\u00a0 We are beginning to clearly see the value and purpose behind each experience and realize fully the gifts and strengths we have earned.\u00a0 All sense of victimization, blame and judgment fall away as we come to own our own unique place within the larger scheme of life.<\/p>\n
How do we reach the experience of true self where unconditional love and forgiveness are as natural as breathing?\u00a0 It occurs automatically as our vibrations rise.\u00a0 At the higher vibrations we experience unity with our Higher Self which created our old world journey of life; and which is now helping us to let go of that.\u00a0 The old world is an illusion that helps us to grow our capacities of body, emotion, mind and soul.\u00a0 But it was never the goal of creation \u2013 merely a means toward our greater goal.\u00a0 Now the vibrations of all creation are rising into the new world which has always been our destination, and the old world workout gym is completing its final phases before it disappears completely.\u00a0 As this happens the new world perspective grows stronger day by day.<\/p>\n
One significant aspect of my personal old-world workout gym has been religion and its abuses. I recently received some comments on my Monday Prayer that goes out by social media.\u00a0 They were from Fundamentalist Christians who seemed to think that unless a person prayed with the same words and concepts of their religion, they were wrong.\u00a0 It brought up the opportunity to do some deeper healing around my experiences with my birth family. \u00a0I experienced a lot of sadness and grief, but I also find myself responding with compassion for myself and for them too.\u00a0 Appreciating that we aren\u2019t enemies, we are all teachers for each other.\u00a0 Helping each other to grow our soul muscles, each in our own ways.\u00a0 However, they don\u2019t necessarily see it that way, and so I would rather avoid these kinds of interactions if possible.\u00a0 But where there is healing and ascending to be done, an opportunity will arise when the time is right.\u00a0 I am strong in my truth and glad to bring healing to this in the ways that are timely for myself and our world.<\/p>\n
For many people religion has served a positive purpose and there have been lifetimes where I too loved mine. \u00a0I honor those who live with loving intentions within those frameworks. \u00a0But with judgments, fears, shame, holier-than-though, threats of or eternal damnation, persecution, hatred of others and behavior control that has also been present to varying degrees in most religions, it has been a mixed experience and quite traumatic for many. There is value in those abuses in that they teach us not to seek our truth through other\u2019s boxes, but to find it within ourselves.\u00a0 If our religious leaders were perfect, we would not be forced to mature our own spiritual selves but could be followers forever under someone else\u2019s direction.\u00a0 Embracing our own unique spiritual essence is required of us to ascend. Toward this goal our religious leaders will be fallible, and this is as it should be.<\/p>\n
The experience of religious fallibility and abuse has followed me through many lifetimes, whether as a Pagan, Christian, Jew, Native American or other spiritual paths. \u00a0I have experienced abuses from within each organization and from people of other organizations and faiths.\u00a0 I have even perpetrated it myself sometimes (Most of us have to experience both sides of the muscle-building issues we are learning from). \u00a0I grew up with it in this life as the child of Fundamentalist Christian Missionaries of one of the more right wing sects, specifically through my mother who was psychologically unstable and volatile.\u00a0 I found it terrifying and not true for me.\u00a0 I guess the most conflictual element was that I already knew God and the Christ energy as unconditional love deep within my being.\u00a0 But that wasn’t at all what I was getting from my mother or the minister of our church. Fortunately, that didn\u2019t stop me from growing spiritually in my own ways, it merely deepened my desire for unconditional love.\u00a0 With every birthday candle, every first star of the evening, and every falling star I wished for unconditional love.\u00a0 It was my true north, and carried me through difficult family experiences, through failed relationships, through many hardships.\u00a0 It led me to become a songwriter of spiritually transformational songs and a performing musician, to become an intuitive massage therapist and a healer, to write and teach.\u00a0 But most significantly it brought me through my own healing and into the journey of ascension.<\/p>\n
I spent many years sorting through the debris of my childhood to find the spiritual essence of truth that allows me to enjoy the positive spiritual elements of Christian religion without having to make it’s boxes my own. As a spiritual healer and teacher, I walk a fine line for people.\u00a0 I know there are many others who have religious PTSD and because of that are skeptical of anything that smacks of that. \u00a0There are many who honor and love their religions who also follow my work.\u00a0 For them I am grateful that they have that support system which works for them; as well as the open heart and mind to reach further within themselves than most religions encourage. \u00a0I am so sensitive to the shadow side of religion, that whenever I speak of spiritual things, I have to use a variety of terms, trying to help people to see beyond the confusion in their hearts and minds caused by religious abuse.\u00a0 I appreciate my readers for putting up with this.\u00a0 I find it a bit annoying myself, but necessary!<\/p>\n
I have refused to give up my spirituality because other people abuse this most essential facet of our being.\u00a0 I claim spirituality as a gift that each of us holds within every facet of ourselves in our own very personal ways.\u00a0 There is no part of us that does not have a spiritual core of true nature.\u00a0 Ascension awakens that core and lifts us out of the darkness of the old world and into a state of spiritual wholeness and unity.<\/p>\n
Spiritual wholeness and unity is the state of being our own piece of the great harmony which is the One that I call the essence of truth of God — which to me is the clearest focus we can reach of the unconditionally loving Source from which we all come, beyond people’s religious ideas about it.<\/p>\n
Within that unity, each one of us is absolutely unique.\u00a0 As we ascend, we get to know our uniqueness more fully, and find that within the body of creation we each have an important role to play in the creative process of life in the new world.\u00a0 Watching my students and clients ascend, I glimpse the beautiful harmony of each unique being and am honored to witness that growing stronger by the day.\u00a0 When someone is facing a particularly challenging phase, I know they are going to emerge newly empowered in their true self.<\/p>\n
The tools I have created for healing and ascension are designed to free people from their old world limitations and traumas by uniting them with their eternal unconditionally loving true selves.\u00a0 The tools are not the experience itself, but muscle builders to help people re-orient toward that goal.\u00a0 Ultimately the tools will no longer be needed because the experience of living in our own unique true selves will become as natural as breathing.\u00a0 During the period of ascension these tools help hold us steady, so we don\u2019t get sucked into the suffering, but stay centered in unity with Inner Wisdom and Higher Self.\u00a0 From that unity we can co-create our days and nights through partnership with higher intelligence and unconditional love.\u00a0 That allows as smooth a life experience as possible during this transition into the new world for ourselves and ultimately for everyone.<\/p>\n
