Ascending hearts release lots of old stuff that has blocked the experience of true love.\u00a0 This clearing reveals energetic voids where those old blocks used to be.\u00a0 Empty places within our hearts and souls can become fertile ground to grow our new world experience.<\/p>\n

Letting go of what we have used to fill our old-world emptiness is a journey of grieving and loss even when those things failed to satisfy.\u00a0 It is also a journey of self-empowerment and the joy of rebirthing ourselves.\u00a0 I believe it is important to honor both sides of this process, or we may miss important gifts we receive from all our experiences.\u00a0 At the same time, it is important not to attach to what is letting go, but to forgive, heal and honor the gifts they have brought us of strength, self-awareness and empowerment.\u00a0 Then we can embrace more of our new world potential for wholeness.<\/p>\n

Emptiness exists because we have been unable to own the powerful potential in those parts of ourselves previously.\u00a0 So, we filled ourselves temporarily with other things. \u00a0With relationships — often in a co-dependent manor because we are trying to fill something.\u00a0 With jobs, food, substances, hobbies, habits, TV or whatever we needed to help us through until we could become whole.\u00a0 Ascending brings us into unity with Higher Self and through that into wholeness.\u00a0 Then we can heal old relationships and grow healthy ones with people, food and other things in our lives.<\/p>\n

On our way to wholeness all this letting go can make us feel temporarily like something is missing.\u00a0 We grieve and need to respect that; not try to stuff the hole with something else.\u00a0 The process of grieving is a way of honoring what has gone before.\u00a0 Giving thanks for what these things gave us lightens our attitudes and energy. \u00a0Recognizing elements of those experiences which were limiting and where we would not want to repeat former choices makes us wiser and stronger.\u00a0 Releasing emotional buildup and wringing the last gifts of self-awareness from those experiences is worth the effort.\u00a0 We may have given our power away, hurt others or were hurt in some way.\u00a0 Recognizing it, owning the gifts, forgiving and expressing gratitude for everything is the process that sets us free from the past and prepares us to birth our new world selves.<\/p>\n

Sometimes during ascension there is just a wave of sadness or loneliness that comes with no apparent reason.\u00a0 Very often this is just part of the grieving process and some of what we are grieving may not be present lifetime.\u00a0 Much of it will have roots in our hereditary lines or through many lifetimes, perhaps since the very beginnings of the old world journey of separation.\u00a0 So, don\u2019t worry if you can\u2019t always make sense of the feelings, but recognize that you are letting go of issues and challenges which have been intimately a part of your life or even many lives.<\/p>\n

It takes some courage to own and empower the empty places which are left behind when the old world blocks go.\u00a0 We may feel like we have no idea how to live within this new aspect of self.\u00a0 That is because what you are being called to grow in those voids is brand new \u2013 it is the new world experience.\u00a0 The part of you which knows what to do in those places is your Higher Self, which is your eternal facet of the Oneness.\u00a0 The higher intelligence and love of this part of you is encouraging you to gain a little traction in these areas. \u00a0To build the energy needed for your Higher Self to incarnate into your human self.\u00a0 Once that begins to happen there is a strength of identity, enlightened will power and unconditional love which begins to emerge from within you.\u00a0 These qualities are heralds of new world experience.<\/p>\n

Unconditional love is not so much a feeling as a state of being.\u00a0 It is one with the unity of all things, with the Higher Power and the greater good.\u00a0 Unconditional love doesn\u2019t judge.\u00a0 It responds from unity with understanding, forgiveness, gratitude and patience.\u00a0 It trusts the process of everyone in each moment of life.<\/p>\n

It is very possible to have feelings and attitudes of judgment but still allow unconditional love to act through your behaviors and choices.\u00a0 Because unconditional love is also unconditional toward ourselves, it knows we are human and have all the experiences of being human, including judgments and limited understanding.\u00a0 The core of each of us is unconditional love. \u00a0Through a willing heart and mind, unconditional love can flow regardless of the old world baggage and blocks we contend with.\u00a0 Unconditional love is a choice we have to make for ourselves to be free and ascend — to receive it and give it regardless.<\/p>\n

Gaining traction of true self within the voids left behind when old world stuff clears can happen through the following processes:<\/p>\n

1 \u2013 Open your heart to your own higher intelligence and love.\u00a0 From that connection, embrace old world negative emotions and anxieties as you would embrace a child you care for with unconditional love and acceptance.\u00a0 Our old world selves are very childlike.\u00a0 They usually respond well to love and acceptance.<\/p>\n
