Love is a two-way flow \u2013 the more you love yourself unconditionally, the more you can love others and the more love you will receive from others.\u00a0 Also, the more fully you will be able to immerse into the experience and feel truly touched by it but not too vulnerable.\u00a0 Your unconditional self-love makes you strong and whole, so it is safe to love and be loved.\u00a0 It also brings you into unity with Higher Self which is the essential element of the ascended state.\u00a0 Yes, you may be hurt sometimes through loving in the human sense, but unconditional love will sustain you and help you find your way through that experience to own the gifts you gain through all of it.\u00a0 So, when we are looking for more love in our lives, we should always begin within our own selves.<\/p>\n

Below is an ascension Valentine\u2019s Day gift to give yourself, and which will also give to others in amazing ways!\u00a0 With the new world manifesting with such strength now, meditations like this which may seem simple on the surface can give big results.\u00a0 Things which you may have been struggling with for eons are now able to dissolve into love and healing.\u00a0 Give it a try!<\/p>\n

Ascension Valentine Meditation:<\/p>\n

1 \u2013 Unconditional love is flowing like a river of ascension from the One Source through all of creation.\u00a0 It is love composed of The Holy Spirit, also called The Force of Unity, which is the raw material of life and creation.\u00a0 This beautiful substance allows our Higher Selves to act within our lives and world.<\/p>\n

2 — Welcome that river of ascension and relax into it, letting it wash through you from head to toe, body and aura, and flush out whatever old world stuff is ready to dissolve into love.<\/p>\n

3 \u2013 Breathe and relax and be present with yourself in the moment, supported by the river of ascension.<\/p>\n

4 \u2013 Center on your heart chakra in the middle of your chest and breathe into it until you come to focus there, feeling centered and relaxed and in your body — not stuck in your head, but feeling present and open hearted.<\/p>\n

5 \u2013 Give yourself an inner hug through your whole body, like you are hugging the most important person in your world — Loving yourself will become easier by the time we finish this meditation.<\/p>\n

If you have limited time, you can do this meditation just for parts of you that have health issues, or particular places in your body where you feel tense or stuck or feel emotional\/mental suffering.\u00a0 If you have time, do the whole exercise for the greatest benefit of love, peace, healing and ascension.<\/em><\/p>\n

6 \u2013 From your center deep within your heart, bring your focus to the toes of one foot. Squeeze the toes tight and imagine you are giving yourself an unconditionally loving bear hug<\/em> there.\u00a0 Say I love you and add your own name \u2013 for example I love you Mary<\/em>.\u00a0 Release the toes but let the love stay there.\u00a0 Let the toes and your whole self relax and enjoy the increased flow of love and the support of the river of ascension.<\/p>\n

7 \u2013 Repeat step 6 with the toes of the other foot, then do the same with one whole foot, and then the other.\u00a0 Continue in this way through ankles, calves and shins, knees and on up through the whole body, neck and head and include the back side of you, not just the front.<\/p>\n

8 \u2013 As you encounter places which are sore, stiff or have health issues, or if challenging memories or issues arise to awareness do the following:<\/p>\n
