With our physical bodies rapidly ascending now we are standing between two realities \u2013 one is the wholeness of our new world bodies and the other is the hole where the illusions of the old world are dissolving, and we are clearing the blocks and being rebuilt at a higher level.\u00a0 During this inevitable transition we may experience some hiccups in the form of discomfort or apparent disease of body, emotion and mind.\u00a0 But many of these are transitional symptoms of the process of change.<\/p>\n

Last week I promised I would find some better tools to help with this transition and I have!\u00a0 What I used with Monthlies Class brought many very happy responses from participants, some of which I later shared in the comments section of that post \u2013 check them out!\u00a0 Of course, during that class, I and the class assistants were able to spiritually support each individual as I walked them through the process I will describe for you.\u00a0 Still, many of you will be able to work effectively on your own, so I encourage you to give it a try.\u00a0 If you need one-on-one support, feel free to contact me for a personal Healing & Ascension Treatment and we can do it and much more together.\u00a0 See Resources below for how to do that.<\/p>\n

I never thought I would be able to teach this level of work through my blog posts, however with our ascension progress I find that people are able to learn much more easily.\u00a0 Things that used to seem out of their reach are now accessible.\u00a0 I am geeked!<\/p>\n

To step more fully into our new world bodies, it helps immensely to access more chakras than the usual 7.\u00a0 Not the little chakras that are also in our auras, but major chakras which exist in sets above and below our primary 7.\u00a0 A set is a pair of chakras — one above and one below.\u00a0 Each set takes us to a higher vibration of energy which carries a stronger focus of Higher Self.\u00a0 Each set requires us to use new soul muscles and so it takes time and living to get used to holding these new focuses within our lives.<\/p>\n

Some people have used higher and lower sets of chakras through yogic practices. And through my Healer & Ascension Certification Course and Advanced Class trainings students use them to work with their higher levels of soul for ascension and planetary healing work \u2013 I am currently enrolling for this training, see Resources below.\u00a0 My Monthlies Class has used one or two sets in the past.\u00a0 But for last week\u2019s physical ascension work we used 4 sets.\u00a0 At the 4th<\/sup> set of higher and lower chakras the energy bodies feel almost as strong as our physical bodies and we can begin to identify with them.\u00a0 This helps us to release more of the old world body limitations and blocks as they are ready to go.\u00a0 It also feels delicious, light, alive and like a huge relief to experience this level of self.<\/p>\n

We have as many sets of higher and lower chakras as we need to do the work in spirit that we are required to do.\u00a0 As we ascend, we will be able to connect all the way back to the One.\u00a0 Working with these higher vibration chakras, it is important to hold ballast within our more physical levels of self.\u00a0 We are not leaving the physical world behind; we are raising it up into unity with Higher Self.\u00a0 If we just go to higher levels in spirit and soul, without creating stability in the physical, we will tend to fall asleep or unplug from the physical and then we won\u2019t be helping our bodies to ascend.\u00a0 Too much higher work without sufficient ground and ballast can create imbalances in our lives, energy systems and psyches.\u00a0 Our goal is to be whole, not leave ourselves full of holes!\u00a0 So, we work the chakras in sets, both up and down and use balance points and trees.\u00a0 This also expands our aura and makes it stronger.<\/p>\n

Instructions for Using Higher and Lower Chakra Sets:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. First you need ground and ballast. For this I recommend the tools I teach in Eve\u2019s 3 Most Important Things Videos mentioned in the Resources for Ascension at the end of this post.\n
      \n
    1. Those of you who have worked with me know those tools already but listening may be helpful. Essentially, I am recommending Inner Wisdom, Be a Tree, Balance Points and Nurseries.\u00a0 Power Animals are also helpful and other grounding and empowering tools I have taught that you may know.\u00a0 You can learn Power Animals in the Mini-Self-Healing Classes \u2013 See Resources below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. Tune and balance your 7 primary chakras. If you work with your chakra’s fairly regularly you can just touch base with each of them, to orient yourself.\u00a0 Or Chakra Tuning is available as a Mini-Self-Healing Class in both long and quick versions \u2013 see Resources Below.<\/li>\n
    3. Then working from your Inner Wisdom as I teach in the videos and my classes, ask your Higher Self to help you add to your focus of self the next higher set of chakras above and below your crown and root chakras.\n
        \n
      1. As this new set comes in, you will feel yourself brought into a brighter, clearer and more comfortable place. It will be as though the weight and discomfort of your human body feels less and you feel more whole.<\/li>\n
      2. Once in this place, stand up and move around, getting used to owning this higher reality within your physical experience.<\/li>\n
      3. Stay for about 30 minutes and then return to your focus of the usual 7 chakras.\n
          \n
        1. See if this feels like enough or if you feel ready to try the next set.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        2. Practice this as often as it feels good to you, until you can hold this focus of self through much of your day comfortably.\n
            \n
          1. Using these new chakra sets is something that should be done in stages. I would begin with one and stay there for 30 minutes or so and then return to the usual 7.\u00a0 If that feels easy, then try the next set, and so forth until you reach a point where you feel not to go further yet.\u00a0 For people who are completely new to this, take a couple of weeks at each level, extending the amount of time you can spend there before returning to the normal 7. \u00a0When you feel ready, move to a new set.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          2. As you go to new sets of Chakras, you will feel increasingly spiritual, light, consciously clear and alive.\n
              \n
            1. However, it will also bring up work to be done. You will notice emotional, mental and spiritual memories and issues that will need to be addressed.\n
                \n
              1. Much of what is needed is forgiveness for self and for others and for the whole journey of the old world and the suffering we have experienced.<\/li>\n
              2. It is necessary to let go of that old world stuff in order to move into the new world. But letting go has become easier, and you will especially find this to be the case as your vibrations rise with this work.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              3. Working on the higher vibrations will become increasingly easy with time and practice. However, it is optimal for the time being at least, to return to a more earthly focus that your human self can hold successfully.\u00a0 So, while you may go to much higher sets, come back to one or two sets for normal things or all the way back to the primary 7.\u00a0 Then some days you may feel a need to stay at a higher set for awhile and if it feels good you can.\n
                  \n
                1. Staying too long at too high a level can create imbalances and physical discomfort. Simply choose a focus you are able to hold like a tree \u2013 as rooted and expanded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                2. You can add more Balance Points to help you hold higher levels of vibration without losing balance. I teach finding one in Eve\u2019s 3 Most Important Things videos \u2013 see Resources.\u00a0 You may need more of these.\u00a0 They would be about two inches behind your spine, and your Inner Wisdom creates them for you. \u00a0You can work with Inner Wisdom to create as many of them as you need.\u00a0 Like the Higher and Lower Chakras, Balance Points can be created as far up or down in your aura as needed.\n
                    \n
                  1. Each balance point can have a tree too which creates even more ballast.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
