The newest shift of ascension is a step up to our spiritual energy bodies and the releasing of lower physical vibrations no longer needed for our lives. \u00a0Within the New World Platform that we received in October and November there is now an increase in our spiritual auras to lift us into these energy bodies which are already present from the ascension work we have been doing.\u00a0 As our vibrations rise to this new level of unity with Higher Self, we will experience feeling much lighter and more alive.\u00a0 From this more enlightened state we will learn to co-create our physical experience moment by moment with our Higher Self.<\/p>\n
The old world physical experience appears to be solid, but it is really a slow vibration energy — the science of physics has proven this. \u00a0That old physical reality contains a lot of density and some resistance to change and enlightenment.\u00a0 But this shift up will be able to clear a lot of that density and resistance within our human bodies and within the world as a whole.\u00a0 The effect of this will be a greater unity with our spiritual natures across the board for all of creation on Earth.\u00a0 Telepathy, intuition, and the ability to co-create a better reality through partnership with Higher Self and Higher Power will become increasingly the norm.<\/p>\n
We will still experience physical reality, but at a more spiritual level.\u00a0 At this new level things can change much more easily.\u00a0 Our sense of self will be increasingly identified by our spiritual true nature.\u00a0 What we manifest in form will carry the qualities of love, truth and true purpose that comes when we co-create with our Higher Selves a beautiful way of life.<\/p>\n
I and my World Ascension Healer Colleagues and the Healing & Ascension Monthlies Class are working now to make it easier for everyone to make this shift smoothly, each in their own time.<\/p>\n
During this transition which began about two weeks or so ago, people may sometimes notice they feel tired, anxious or have physical pain or some stomach distress.\u00a0 And no, this is not primarily virus related!\u00a0 It is ascension related.\u00a0 Welcome your Higher Self to be your focus and that will lift you into your spiritual energy bodies which already exist at higher levels of vibration than where you usually focus. \u00a0These higher levels are not just up, but they are in every direction.\u00a0 It is a holographic shift. This will make you feel much better!\u00a0 Also see the Resources section at the end of this post for tools that help you to make this shift.\u00a0 Particularly the 3 Videos and the book Riding the Wave of Change are recommended, but anything in that list would be helpful.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s a strange aspect of ascension that people feel stress and discomfort when things try to shift.\u00a0 This is caused by our habits of living in our old world bodies, egos and society.\u00a0 We can make the shifts easier by remembering that in truth we are pure energy brought to focus by our unique spiritual essence which we call our Higher Selves.\u00a0 The densest levels of physical reality are limitations created during the old world for the purposes of that phase of evolution which is now ending.\u00a0 When you shift up to your energy bodies you will still be yourself, just a better self than before!<\/p>\n

This is an exciting step for us and our world.\u00a0 Congratulations to us all!\u00a0 We are finally beginning to ascend the physical aspects of our world!\u00a0 Until now ascension has predominantly been spiritual, with mental and emotional shifts.\u00a0 The physical is the product of those higher levels of reality and needed to wait for those foundations to shift before this change could begin in earnest.\u00a0 So, this current phase of ascension is a testament to our good work on those other dimensions.\u00a0 Well done everyone!<\/p>\n
