Tuesday is Fall Equinox \u2013 The time each year when there is a perfect balance between day and night \u2013 dark and light \u2013 and for many, hope and despair.\u00a0 We live during a time of polarized duality financially, politically, socially and spiritually.\u00a0 We are bridging the old world and the new world within our very bodies and souls as we journey together through the process of ascension.**<\/strong>\u00a0 Fall Equinox takes on a deeper significance during such a time; highlighting these splits and calling us to find a place of balance within our own selves in response.<\/p>\n

As I spoke to the Higher Power today, and asked what message was needed for the readers of this blog, I was told to write about the still place within.\u00a0 To remind you that within each of us is a place of perfect harmony, which is our true selves.\u00a0 We might say this place is within our hearts.\u00a0 It is certainly within our souls.\u00a0 It is who we are and who we have always been in truth.<\/p>\n

This seed of true self was planted within us during our conception.\u00a0 Regardless of the percentage of darkness and light that our lives have contained, the seed of stillness, of unconditional love, of remembrance of who we are is present.<\/p>\n

As we face changes and challenges daily in our lives and our world, I encourage each of you to remember the still place within.\u00a0 Water it with attention, seek it with faith, live from that place with gratitude.\u00a0 It is who you are.\u00a0 All the rest is temporary.\u00a0 But your true self is eternal, safe and unbreakable.\u00a0 As we ascend, that true self increasingly is what we identify with.\u00a0 It is what we become.<\/p>\n

The old crusty hurtful state of affairs in our world is passing away, and causing lots of chaos as it dies off.\u00a0 The new world is being born moment by moment.\u00a0 The new world is where we and our planet Earth are arriving, as we release the old and let the still place of our true selves become our increasing focus of self and life. When life burns you, becomes too painful to tolerate \u2013 take your hand off the stove! Seek and learn to center in the true self within and let that stillness of unconditional love protect and heal you.\u00a0 That doesn\u2019t mean you can avoid the world entirely.\u00a0 But you can learn to stay centered in the still place of peace within.*<\/strong><\/p>\n
