The ascension process is bringing a lot of changes into our personal lives right now.\u00a0 For many people it feels hard to stay centered and to balance all the things that are happening for them.\u00a0 There are two things that are very helpful to me that I’d like to share with you.<\/p>\n
You have both an old world self and a new world self right now.\u00a0 Centering deep within your heart chakra and back along your spine, you will find a peaceful center where you can ask your inner wisdom to align you with your new world self and to release your old world self as much as you are ready to do that.\u00a0 That will make you feel lighter and clearer and bring your life into a positive focus.<\/p>\n
My other favorite tool for the present is this:\u00a0Think about life as God’s river.\u00a0 Imagine yourself relaxing into the flow of\u00a0that\u00a0river. Then release\u00a0your responsibilities and issues into God’s care and\u00a0relax your need to control everything.\u00a0 Let God sort it out for you and just flow.\u00a0 Do your best, but don’t try to control everything.\u00a0 If you try to control things right now you will be holding onto the old world energy and it will become very frustrating.\u00a0 Things are changing and you need to be more flexible than in the past and to go with the flow.<\/p>\n
