Last night I had a dream in which I was given a butterfly as a power animal.\u00a0 This led to a deep meditation on the power of lightness!<\/p>\n

I was reminded that the new world is exponentially lighter than the old world.\u00a0 It is built of high vibration unconditional love and is free of the darkness, pain and fear that characterizes much of the old world experience.<\/p>\n

With so many things to feel upset about in the old world, I was asked to remind you to make time for the lightness that opens your heart and reminds you of joy, love and beauty.\u00a0 The new world is already here, and it is just a shift of focus to enter and enjoy it.\u00a0 We currently exist in both, so it is a choice where you stand in each moment.<\/p>\n

Within each of us is every element of the world \u2013 that is a quality of being human.\u00a0 We aren\u2019t limited to any characteristic of life but have access to all potentials \u2013 light and dark.\u00a0 Love and light are choices we make, they are not just feelings we have.\u00a0 The ascension process teaches us that \u2013 we are the creators.\u00a0 Making the time to focus on the \u201cinner butterfly\u201d or whatever quality of light, love and beauty that opens our hearts is extremely powerful!\u00a0 Even just brief moments of that allows our Higher Selves to act within our lives to lift us into the new world experience.\u00a0 Following such a moment, the whole world is lighter, brighter and more colorful.\u00a0 Then all our interactions become more positive and life supporting.<\/p>\n

It is not \u201cPollyanna\u201d to focus on the \u201cinner butterfly\u201d, it is a powerful way of claiming life for the new world so we don\u2019t give all our power and focus to the process of the old world passing away and all the distress that causes.\u00a0 What you focus on is what you experience.\u00a0 Choosing light, love, beauty and kindness are powerful acts of creating the new world.\u00a0 Yes, we feel the old world feelings, and we don\u2019t have to resist them, but rather to shift our focus to the powerful light of the new world which is already here with us.<\/p>\n

Focusing on the old world negativity is like staring into the toilet, instead of flushing it and getting on with what is needed in your life.\u00a0 Don\u2019t get pulled down with the waste that needs to pass away \u2013 let it go.<\/p>\n

We still live in the old world even while we are entering the new.\u00a0 But when you are standing in the new world lightness, you can respond to the old with love and increasing confidence that it will all work out for the greater good.\u00a0 What is happening is that it is in process of breaking down so the new can be born.\u00a0 When we choose the new willingly, then we don\u2019t have to do so much breaking down, we can ascend and live in the light of our true selves.<\/p>\n

Last blog I reminded people of tools for stabilizing in the positive new world experience so the old negativity can pass.\u00a0 Several people wrote about how that was helping them!\u00a0 You can find these tools in the videos Eve\u2019s 3 Most Important Things<\/strong> \u2013 just type that into the search box at the top of this page to pull them up.\u00a0 Once you have watched them all, then #3 summarizes everything and ads the last piece, so you can quickly work with that daily to build your strength in the new world experience!<\/p>\n
