We think we have our goals set up and are moving forward and then some big challenge comes up and undermines our progress.\u00a0 What is it all about?\u00a0 Are we being distracted from our purpose or is something else going on?<\/p>\n
The answer falls clearly into the \u201csomething else is going on\u201d category.\u00a0 The whole world is shifting up into a brand-new reality and we are in the phase of completing things that need to get done prior.\u00a0 So, challenges are re-directors, causing us to focus on what we need to do to be ready to step into the new world.<\/p>\n
It can be hard to know what we need to do in our lives during this time of great change.\u00a0 Our old goals seem ephemeral, but what are the new goals and how do we achieve them?\u00a0 Since we are ascending into unity with our eternal facets of the Oneness of life that we call our Higher Selves, that is our first goal \u2013 to build that partnership.\u00a0 From there our other goals will become infinitely clearer.<\/p>\n
You can help make this transition into unity by finishing up your tasks in the old world.\u00a0 These tasks amount to basically building any remaining soul muscles that are required for your Higher Self to be able to act within you in your life \u2013 to incarnate fully.\u00a0 Challenges provide us with opportunities to discover what soul muscles are needed and to accomplish those final tasks; then to refine our skills where we have already built the soul muscles.\u00a0 Soul muscles are our human capacities of body, emotion, mind and soul.<\/p>\n
When confronted with a challenge it will tend to bring up old feelings such as limitation, discouragement, anger, fear, frustration, loneliness, hopelessness.\u00a0 These are your clues about what muscles you need to strengthen!\u00a0 They are not indications of failure or helplessness.\u00a0 They are opportunities that you need. Below are some steps you can take to discern what you need to accomplish within the challenges of our world at this time.\u00a0 Be assured that by working consciously to accomplish those things, the challenges will be overcome with greater ease and satisfaction in every way.\u00a0 If we aren\u2019t paying attention to what we need to accomplish we will be pushed by circumstances to do it anyway.\u00a0 Much better and gentler to participate pro-actively!<\/p>\n
Challenges can be personal, social, financial or relationship based to name a few.<\/p>\n
How to Get the Most out of Challenges:<\/p>\n
1 \u2013 Remember that you are an eternal spirit \u2013 part of the Oneness of all life. \u00a0At this time in history you are a part of the ascension into the new world. \u00a0Your human body, emotions, mind and soul are rising in vibration to find partnership and unity with who you really are.<\/p>\n
2 \u2013 Remember that your true purpose currently is to complete the journey of the old world and to ascend. \u00a0This requires building the soul muscles and qualities of True Being required to express your true self within the world.<\/p>\n
3 \u2013 When something pushes your \u201chot buttons\u201d of reaction or despair, you are in the presence of an essential opportunity to complete your old-world tasks.<\/p>\n
4 \u2013 Take a deep breath and step back into yourself; into the calm place where your spine is the middle of you instead of the back of you.\u00a0 In this place you are centered in your aura and will feel less reactive.\u00a0 Anchor there like a tree.<\/p>\n
5 \u2013 From that still place ask your Higher Self what it is that you are seeking to accomplish through the present challenge you are facing.\u00a0 Communication comes through the heart chakra, not particularly the mind.\u00a0 Heart chakra senses and translates into word or intention.<\/p>\n
6 – Breathe and be calm, maybe take a walk or light a candle to help you open your heart; to breathe and stay centered despite your feelings.\u00a0 Welcome your Higher Self and the One to be present with whatever feelings you are having and lift them into a more enlightened place.<\/p>\n
7 \u2013 Process through your thoughts and feelings as needed, but keep returning to the question \u201cWhat am I trying to accomplish through this challenge and how can I do that?\u201d<\/p>\n
8 \u2013 If you are reading this blog you probably have already accomplished most of what is needed.\u00a0 There are just some pieces that still need to be unified with true self so they can ascend.\u00a0 And some refinements on things already worked with extensively.<\/p>\n
9 \u2013 Be patient, with some challenges; the answer may take time to come to focus for you.\u00a0 Keep pondering as you go through your days and nights and allow clarity to come.<\/p>\n
10 \u2013 Then do whatever it is that feels necessary to achieve your goals.\u00a0 Make this your priority.\u00a0 By taking attention off your reactions and the outer challenges themselves; and focusing it on your inner true purpose relative to them, you will find yourself getting through life with much greater ease than expected.<\/p>\n
11 \u2013 Some of the places these things take you may be vulnerable or painful.\u00a0 Those are the \u201cmarkers\u201d your soul has put around these opportunities for growing your soul muscles so you can find them.\u00a0 Don\u2019t let the pain or vulnerability deter you from your path.\u00a0 You are an enlightened spirit — eternal, safe and unbreakable.\u00a0 You have the strength of unconditional love to make everything work to your advantage.\u00a0 And if you find you need help with this process, don\u2019t be shy about asking for it.\u00a0 Seek those whose skill and confidence can help you reach your goals as easily as possible.<\/p>\n
