Ascension is all about reclaiming our true identity.\u00a0 We spent \u2018eternity\u2019 blocking our magnificent true selves in order to develop individual bodies and souls to live and act through in the incarnate world.\u00a0 Now we are ready to bring those developed vehicles into partnership with our true selves.<\/p>\n

As you probably have know from personal experience, it is difficult to break familiar habits. \u00a0Even when we are working toward something as wonderful as joining in unity with our Higher Selves to co-create life so it reveals the love and beauty of its greater potentials. So here is a simple phrase you can use throughout your day to help bring your spirit and earth selves together:<\/p>\n

Walking my wholeness<\/strong><\/p>\n

This phrase helps you make that unity and wholeness real and build a new habit of living in that state. You can use this any time your mind does not need to be busy \u2013 while walking to your car, driving, doing dishes, preparing for bed, getting cleaned up for your day \u2013 whenever.<\/p>\n

This tool may be especially helpful when you are experiencing discomfort such as allergies, or body aches, fear or stress.<\/p>\n

When you say this phrase silently to yourself, you can speak it from your heart, or from the places within where you feel a need for more wholeness.\u00a0 It will help to bring your Higher Self into unity with your body.<\/p>\n

Unity with true self is an ascended state of being, so as you do this you are helping yourself ascend!\u00a0 Old stuff will clear more easily, your body will heal more quickly, life will seem more positive and hopeful.<\/p>\n
