The world virus is helping us to ascend, but it can be life-threatening if our immune system or our lungs are weak.\u00a0 Here are some potent, joyful ways to protect and strengthen your immune system and lungs!<\/p>\n
Ascension is the process of increasing unity with Higher Self. \u00a0It is the unique facet of The One Source of Life that each of us has; and which is the spiritual source for our individual lives. \u00a0The goal of ascension is for our eternal Higher Self to be home within our human self, so it is uplifted into a new experience of love and wholeness that we call the new world.\u00a0 This happens as our body, emotions, mind and aura come into harmony with that true eternal self. \u00a0As this happens, we leave behind the hurts, traumas and hatreds of our past because we cease to identify with those; and find ourselves in a state of unconditional love.<\/p>\n
The following exercise helps to increase unity with Higher Self in our heart chakra and our thymus gland which is its physical focus.\u00a0 The heart chakra creates unity and clears toxic states. The thymus gland is our primary immune system endocrine gland; governing the production of T cells which are immune factors.\u00a0 When the heart is open to our Higher Self our immunity is strengthened and disease is easier to avoid or overcome.\u00a0 When it is reacting to fear, hurt, worry, anger, blame or other negative experiences it may close, causing our immune system to be weakened.<\/p>\n
With all the things to worry about right now, this exercise may be essential.\u00a0 It is certainly easy to do and joyful.\u00a0 It takes a traditional Eastern chant that you will recognize \u2013 OM.\u00a0 Then it adds an H to the beginning and an E to the end which makes it HOME.\u00a0 This chant is an invitation for our Higher Self to make itself at home within our heart chakra, thymus gland and our life.\u00a0 I have been using and teaching this for a couple of years.\u00a0 It has become a mainstay for my ascension process, helping me to hold unity with Higher Self even when tired, worried or stressed.<\/p>\n
Immune Strengthening Chant:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1 \u2013 Breath into your body and give yourself a big inner hug all the way down to your toes and up to the top of your head.\u00a0 Hold this until you feel present within your body and open for the next step.<\/p>\n 2 \u2013 Bring the focus of your attention into your heart chakra in the middle of your chest.<\/p>\n 3 \u2013 Centering there as though you are looking out through eyes within your heart, allow your mind to be focused within your heart chakra \u2013 this feels more in your body and relaxed.<\/p>\n 4 \u2013 Invite your heart chakra to open back and front \u2013 just an invitation is usually enough to do this.\u00a0\u00a0 When it is open you feel more relaxed and more awake in your heart.<\/p>\n 5 \u2013 Silently in imagination or out loud — without worrying about how it sounds — chant HOME. \u00a0Feel the vibration resonate within your body. This can be a simple single tone, or you can make it a complex and joyful song. \u00a0Chant it for a while, as an invitation for your Higher Self to be home within you. \u00a0Do this until your heart and chest feel free, open and alive.\u00a0 Feel the unity of your human self with your Higher Self and welcome the love that brings to each moment of your life.<\/p>\n 6 \u2013 Then bring your focus into each of your lungs and chant there as well, filling them with sound, unity and love.<\/p>\n 7 \u2013 Do this any time you feel a need to let go of fear and worry and to strengthen your immunity.<\/p>\n The second tool I want share with you is the song of the Sandhill Cranes.\u00a0 Many of you have learned of this previously in my classes and blogs, but it is always joyful to remember them again.\u00a0 Sandhill Cranes are Divine Beings in animal bodies whose songs carry our consciousness to the home in spirit where all life is in unity and harmony with the One Source.\u00a0 We can call this place Ascended Mastery and it is the goal of all incarnations to achieve this state of unity, wholeness and harmony.\u00a0 All our enlightened spiritual teachers have achieved this level of mastery and we are on our way to that state also as we ascend.<\/p>\n Listening to the song of the Sandhill Cranes reminds us of that unity which already exists within us.\u00a0 It can awaken that, strengthen our wholeness and facilitate our ascension.\u00a0 Since the world virus is an ascension virus — helping all humanity to ascend to a higher vibration and unity — working with the Sandhill Crane song may help us take this current step up without needing to have the virus!\u00a0 At the least it should minimize its effects.<\/p>\n As you listen, open your heart to this sound and let it resonate within you.
