Each moment potentially holds an essential ingredient in the creation of something beautiful.\u00a0 Like an exquisite meal is made of myriad tiny choices of seasoning, cooking time, temperature and care.\u00a0 How do we bring our days to such beautiful fulfillment when life calls us in so many directions that we lose our focus and center?<\/p>\n

Ascension brings us into unity with our Inner Wisdom and our Higher Selves \u2013 two different focuses of our eternal wholeness.\u00a0 In that unity all the elements of our lives can find their right place, balance and perfect harmony.\u00a0 This isn\u2019t a skill we learn in an instant!\u00a0 But it is a goal we can aspire to in each moment of each day. \u00a0And when we do, our lives carry a sweetness, lightness and grace that is otherwise impossible to pull off.<\/p>\n

One ingredient which may often go missing from our busy lives, is the quiet appreciation of things.\u00a0 There is so much that we gain by the brief taking of a breath as we notice the quality of light, the sound of beloved voices, a scent or the gentleness of falling snow.\u00a0 There is something precious that is the essence of each moment. \u00a0And when we miss it, we find ourselves soul-hungry for something more at the end of the day.\u00a0 We may seek sweets or other substances to help us to make up for what we missed.<\/p>\n

Strangely, when we make time for these precious moments of awareness, the rest of our day flows with more joy, ease, forgiveness and relaxation.\u00a0 We may even be more productive, because in the space we make for that loving alertness, our Higher Self flows in and generates the substance for living within our bodies and souls.\u00a0 That substance generates wholeness, synchronicity and success in our lives.<\/p>\n

Another way to generate that amazing energy and claim those precious moments is to review our day at its end and harvest the moments through memory.\u00a0 Recalling a look or a word said, a success or something that touched you.\u00a0 As you touch that moment, take a breath and give thanks; welcome love to wash through you and know that love is who you are.\u00a0 You don\u2019t need to hold onto those moments, but to remember the love that you are and then let them wash through and go.\u00a0 That makes room for you to love the moment you are in. \u00a0It lets Higher Self be present to generate the pure spiritual substance that builds what is good within your life.<\/p>\n

That substance may be called unconditional love, the force of unity, the Holy Spirit, the essence of truth.\u00a0 It is generated when your eternal true spirit is awake within your body and soul.\u00a0 It is what we are here to do.\u00a0 Everything else is circumstantial, peripheral; opportunities to allow this unity to happen here and now if we let it.<\/p>\n

Isn\u2019t it wonderful that somethings so desirable is also so right?\u00a0 I love it.<\/p>\n
