Our old-world journey has been rich with experience and gifts, it has also challenged us in more ways than we like!\u00a0 Let\u2019s take a moment to honor and celebrate this experience which is passing away. \u00a0Then we can let it go more easily and step up to our new world selves.<\/p>\n

During ascension we are letting go of the old forms of things, yet everything is being reborn into a truer version of itself.\u00a0 What we will lose is ultimately only the pain, suffering and separation from unity.\u00a0 We will receive freedom, unconditional love and wholeness its place. \u00a0We will gain sovereignty which is also called Ascended Mastery or being one with our true selves. \u00a0In that oneness we will be healthy, whole, protected, aligned with our true purpose and our perfect place within all creation, intuitive, telepathic, able to teleport and become co-creators with the unconditionally loving Oneness of all things.<\/p>\n

But in order to step up to this new version of reality, we are having to surrender the old which appears to be dying around and within us.\u00a0 What is being born as a result is something we can\u2019t really understand until we are living it.\u00a0 Our job is to trustingly surrender what is falling apart and step up to the next higher vibration.\u00a0 We do this step by step, each one taking us more fully into our new world selves.\u00a0 The result of this recurring letting go and stepping up is that one minute it seems like everything is dying; and then suddenly it is becoming something better, that we couldn\u2019t really have expected or understood until it was present.\u00a0 It is the dying part which is difficult.\u00a0 It requires letting go of outer security to center on growing the partnership with our true selves within.\u00a0 This is really the whole point \u2013 to birth this unity within each of us — so the dying of the old is essential.\u00a0 Let\u2019s celebrate all that has been good in our old-world journey. \u00a0Let\u2019s also celebrate as we let it go, that it is coming back to us again in a better form than ever before!<\/p>\n

These are my favorite things about the old world. \u00a0I am looking forward to meeting in their new forms as they are reborn:<\/p>\n

1 \u2013 Planet Earth is so amazing and beautiful — oceans, rivers, trees, mountains, flowers, vegetables and fruits in all their colors and gifts, amazing cloud formations, rainbows, sunrise, sunset, fresh clean air, beautiful smells, birdsong, morning mist, starry skies, moon, water in all its forms \u2013 still and reflective, powerful and wavy, flowing gently or fast, evaporating, condensing, raining, snow crystals, ice.<\/p>\n

2 – Creatures in all their complexity from bugs – walking sticks to honey bees!, birds from hummingbirds to Sandhill Cranes, mammals from moles and mice to whales and giraffes, amphibians to fish, those precious ones who have chosen to be our pets \u2013 wonderful companions in our lives, babies of all life forms, including human.<\/p>\n

3 \u2013 Food \u2013 eating is so much fun!\u00a0 Some day we will feed on pure energy, I hope we like it this much ?<\/p>\n

4 \u2013 Humans \u2013 we are amazing!\u00a0 You notice I didn\u2019t put us top of the list, this tells you a lot about me. \u00a0I am a nature and spirit girl, but also find human company to be so essential and precious.\u00a0 Below are the things I really love and honor about our old-world selves:<\/p>\n
