Here is a wonderfully simple and effective way to get unstuck from the past, so you can heal and ascend more easily!<\/p>\n
Life is made up of various vibrations of energy in constantly in motion that appear solid.\u00a0 Ascension is a process that raises our vibrations so our old negativity falls away and something new and better can manifest.<\/p>\n
There is a system of vibrational remedies which assist people to release negative states of body emotion, mind and spirit and to rise into harmony and unity with our true selves more fully. \u00a0These remedies are distilled from wild harvested flowers and contain an almost magical ability to set us free from our past.\u00a0 These are called Flower Remedies, and I will reference two common sources of them in this article.\u00a0 Bach Flower Remedies are the most well-known. \u00a0They consist of twelve flower essences which are specific to emotional and mental states, but the system acknowledges that healing on that level impacts the body. (there are many books on Bach Flower Remedies that explain each in depth)<\/em>.\u00a0 And a huge group of remedies are listed in a book called Flower Essences and Vibrational Healing by Gurudas channeled through Kevin Ryerson<\/em> which address physical states as well as the emotional and mental states.<\/p>\n As the ascension journey heats up, our lives may seem even bumpier physically emotionally, mentally and spiritually than usual.\u00a0 We are busy letting go of stuff which unconsciously we may be still holding on to, creating an inner tug of war; and sometimes life may seem to be fighting us each step of the way.\u00a0 Our world is under reconstruction and the house of life is messy.\u00a0 I find myself using flower remedies frequently myself, and to assist my clients and my family to move through their changes more efficiently and comfortably.<\/p>\n These remedies commonly come in a tincture form, dissolved in an alcohol base, though some may be available with a water base.\u00a0 If the alcohol is not wanted, simply put your dose into some warm water and let the alcohol evaporate before taking it.\u00a0 The simplest way to take them is in a small amount of water or directly under the tongue.\u00a0 The bottle will tell you how much and how often is generally recommended.\u00a0 For myself and those I train as Healer Practitioners, it is simple to take these purely by accessing the vibration of the name.\u00a0 You can ask from within your Inner Wisdom for the remedy you want to take, for example\u00a0 \u201cBach Flower Rescue Remedy\u201d or “Snapdragon Flower Essence”.
