{"id":2358,"date":"2020-01-03T04:05:50","date_gmt":"2020-01-03T09:05:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=2358"},"modified":"2023-07-02T22:52:09","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T02:52:09","slug":"welcoming-peace-in-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spiritualhealers.com\/blog\/?p=2358","title":{"rendered":"Welcoming Peace in 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bringing a focus of peace into our lives paves the way for peace in the outer world.\u00a0 How can we be an influence of peace in 2020?<\/p>\n<p>There is an increasing sense of stability and peace in the new world energies; but the old world is transitioning so rapidly it is hard to keep up with it, so it seems super chaotic.\u00a0 When I step into the new world there is so much beauty, light and love and I feel confident that we are on the right path here on earth.\u00a0 I maintain this perspective by focusing on it, rather than being pulled into the drama which is the breaking down of the old.<\/p>\n<p>In my planetary healing and ascension work I have been taking the same general approach that I am listing below for your own work; I just do it much larger scale.\u00a0 Humans are straddling the old and new world realities daily, and moment by moment we consciously or unconsciously choose which world we are bringing to focus in our lives.\u00a0 We can\u2019t ignore either with impunity, but we can choose to stand firmly in the ground of our increasingly strong new world.\u00a0 Here are my best tools for doing that this year <em>(For those who read me regularly, you will find it easy to refresh and update these tools in your daily toolkit!)<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p>1 \u2013 Give Thanks<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take moments throughout the day to open your heart to gratitude for everything that supports you in your life and everything that you love<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2 \u2013 Acknowledge the Higher Power in Everything<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By whatever name you want to call it, the Higher Power is a focus of Higher Intelligence and unconditional love. It is the seed of reality that is present within all created beings and life forms.\u00a0 There is nowhere the Higher Power doesn\u2019t exist.<\/li>\n<li>You may call it God, the Essence of Truth, the One Source, Higher Love or any term which resonates clearly for you.<\/li>\n<li>When you encounter any individual or circumstance, even something challenging within your own body and soul, emotion or mind; you have an opportunity to acknowledge the Higher Power within it. When you do, this stimulates ascension and healing for all involved. Ascension is unity with our individual focuses of Higher Self, which are facets of the Higher Power.<\/li>\n<li>Below is a phrase that I use often to help my own consciousness achieve its new world focus. I use this when I experience suffering physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually; when I feel anger or judgment about something; when I feel afraid or worried or when I encounter any perceived threat.<\/li>\n<li>The first part of this phrase is a statement of absolute truth and it unites me and the circumstance with the Higher Power for healing, protection, clearing and forgiveness. Feel free to replace the term God with one that resonates clearly with you:\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>All you are is God, you can\u2019t hurt me you can only make me stronger<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The second part of this phrase is a reminder of who we really are. Our true, eternal self is one with the Higher Power; it has designed our life in harmony with all creation and service of our greatest good and growth.\u00a0 There is a higher purpose behind all circumstances. The following statement is difficult if we feel victimized.\u00a0 Using it pulls us out of that victim consciousness and plants us firmly in our true selves:\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Thank you for being my teacher<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3 \u2013 Maintain a focus of true self<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Another phrase I use frequently, speaking it from within any place in my body which hurts, within any chakra which needs strengthening, or around any circumstance which inspires fear, judgment or defensiveness. It brings protection and empowers the good:\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>The Essence of Truth of God is within me and I am within the Essence of Truth of God<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Essence of Truth means the clearest focus of something available at my present level of ascension. It helps me to rise above my old world limitations and to know myself at a clearer level of unity with Higher Self.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4 \u2013 Forgive<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I find that as I ascend, I go through periods where I need to release emotional, mental and spiritual blocks. Sometimes when my body is ascending it can be quite painful, uncomfortable or have disease symptoms. All of these are symptoms of the ascension process and forgiveness allows things to clear and then the symptoms pass, leaving me feeling good and in a more loving and peaceful place than before.<\/li>\n<li>I use the two phrases above to help me to forgive past, present and potential future issues. This brings healing as I step into my true self and release fear, hurts and dis-empowered states.\u00a0 As I work with these statements of truth, I find I am able to step up into unity with my Higher Self and the old world stuff can fall away much more easily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5 \u2013 Choose to live in the new world<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Throughout my day I choose to be in my new world self, in the new world and in the new world nursery <em>(which is a spiritual foundation that stabilizes us within the clearest focus of new world available at the time)<\/em>. When I am clearing old stuff as mentioned in #4, I may have to do this frequently.<\/li>\n<li>We already exist in the new world; and as the new world is growing exponentially stronger, it becomes easier to make that our home focus of self and instead of the old world habitual ways of being, thinking and feeling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6 \u2013 Do all these things from within your heart chakra<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In order for spiritual work like these 5 points above to be effective, work with an open heart chakra and centered and focused from within the heart chakra <em>(within your chest).<\/em><\/li>\n<li>If done purely from the mind and with a closed heart, these tools won\u2019t work.
