During our jouney of ascension into harmony with our true God Self, we are going through a death and rebirth process.\u00a0 In order to ascend into the lighter self there are certain things within us that need to pass away.\u00a0 Some of this is emotional\/mental\/spiritual and some of it is as deep as cellular memory.\u00a0\u00a0Any part of you that hold post traumatic stress, resentment, anger, fear, judgment, self-limitation will need to be healed enough to allow you to shift into the light of your truth.<\/p>\n
It helps to\u00a0find a place within of inner happiness\u00a0so that the old stuff is given less and less power.\u00a0 So if you can find that place within your heart and soul where you know your connection\u00a0with truth and unconditional love\u00a0you can relax and find a place of inner happiness and peace that is in harmony with your truth. \u00a0Some of the earlier posts that introduce you to your inner wisdom, your new world heart chakra\u00a0and your\u00a0 angel self and time lapse vacations\u00a0will help you to build the happiness and gradually prepare to release the old stuff that needs to clear.<\/p>\n
